    We bought this tv in November 2024 and it just died. This is way too much to invest in a tv that doesnt last. Apparently there is a known problem with this tv so i agree with others. Quit selling a known lemon. All our tvs and phones are samsung and have been for many years. Depending on the feedback we receive on fixing this expensive jewel we may change brands. Very disappointed!

    Purchased this tv in October 2024 now in early March which is only 5 month it stopped working. This happens when I am away and no one was able to use the TV for few weeks. Come to find out I am not the only one with this problem. I called Samasung and now waiting for their repair squad, but I do not want this tv anymore. It is a piece of junk and the power module they will install will be the same piece of junk for this tv. I am sure it wont last and they are just buying time for the one year warrantte then you are on the hook for it.

    Samsung products are the worst thing available in the market. This is an expensive tv and it died within 7 months. Samsung customer service is terrible and they are freaking liars. WOULD NEVER BUY ANY SAMSUNG PRODUCT AND NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE.     Dont buy this tv. It has a defective power supply board. Smasung refuses to fix. Mine went out 15 days aftercthe warranty expired. Samaunf service will cancel service requests if outside of warranty. Best buy charges $125 for diagnosing wven if the problem is known. They charge dor seevice labor and parts on top of that. They refuse to warranty the power supply because of known problems. Do not buy.
