So far so good, no issues. Picture is excellent. Best Buy service is also excellent. We are enjoying the quality of the picture and ease of using the tv. My old tv is also samsung since 10yrs. I am hoping the same with this tv :)

The Best Buy crew set this TV up and even gave us hints on how to ensure the best internet. Since the set up; we have had no issues and the picture quality is great! We wanted an OLED versus a QLED as we thought the contrast was better. We also bought a sound bar with it and the sound it great!

Great TV. Easy to use and maneuver around. Clear picture and large enough for me to see the smaller printing on my connected devices. Adding an app is not as easy as my Samsung 65 in but all in all I am Satisfied!

The best TV I ever bought! The picture is so clean and crisp. We can barely see the lights in the living room any more. The other TV, u could hardly see the show, cause the light was on, no more! AND, it was on sale!!!!

The picture quality is amazing with deep blacks and vibrant colors. Sound is clear and strong, and the smart system is fast and easy to navigate. Great design and excellent value — highly recommend!

While I appreciate the quality of the television I purchased at Best Buy, I must also commend their impeccable customer service. The staff at Best Buy went above and beyond to ensure that I had a positive experience and were always willing to answer any questions or concerns I had about the product. Other than the known failing power supply, this tv has an amazing picture

Our TV consultant was "Josh" and he is fantastic! He helped us select two Samsung sets for our new place and he did a great job helping us. We did have a problem with one of the TV sets and Josh and Best Buy quickly remedied the situation. We are happy with the service we received and how they stood behind what they sell and what they do. The TV picture is wonderful and the reception quality fantastic.

I have been purchasing tv’s for quite sometime and this is literally the best tv I’ve ever seen as far as picture quality! It has the ability to display eight million different colors! Also Best Buy made the financing/purchasing and pickup extremely easy! Thanks again!

Crystal clear, works out of the box. Mounting required moving the old mount as the bracket attaches much lower on this TV than my old TV (so the TV was too high compared to the old one)

Incredible picture quality! "Blackest" blacks on any TV we have owned, super sharp pictures in 4K movies. Simple operation, with wide variety of options to choose viewing options, some included with Samsung, others that are subscribed to. Integrated well with our Bose 500 Soundbar.

Great picture and color. As with most Samsung TV's, I have a couple, it feels like you have to run the volume up higher than expected, but the sound is good.

I was in the market for a high end flat screen as the center piece of my newly redone family room. I went to my Best Buy location and was sold on the 77 Samsung OLED. That’s where my experience began… First the TV wouldn’t be delivered for 2 weeks. I thought that was a little long but went for it all the same. After the 2 weeks the TV arrived and when the install guys arrived, they informed me that the frame of the TV was bent…. I waited another week or so for the new TV to be delivered and installed. Well the TV worked for about 3 weeks before completely burning out the power board. I then waited a well for a tech to come out and repair it. That was a relatively easy process with simply switching out the power board. Well fast forward to yesterday and I’m dealing with the same issue… the tv won’t turn on and is completely dead. I do not recommended this tv and severely dissatisfied with a high end Samsung product preforming this way.

I am very pleased so far with my Samsung OLED. I previously had a Samsung tv for years but brightness became an issue. Evwn though this wasn't top of the line for brightness i am well satisfied.
