Awesome upgrade. Picture has great detail & fast resolution. Better than my favorite Sports Bar.

The clarity of the tv is amazing. The price may seem high but it’s worth it. 4k movies and videos games look crisp and to their full capacity. I hooked it up with a soundbar and it makes the experience better.

Picture is fantastic color is out of this world no lag in the apps and lots of smart thing within the tv which is great and pairs even better with the sound bar it is like being front seat at the movies

At first, I was worried about other reviews and spending the amount of money on a television. But after a month, I can honestly say that I’m happy with this purchase and the quality of the picture is amazing and would consider purchasing again.

Very happy with purchase. I have owned many Samsung TVs and they continue to be worth purchasing. The picture is outstanding and TV is easy to manipulate the various streaming channels Definitely recommend this TV to anyone looking to buy OLED 77 inch TV!!

I was in the market for a high end flat screen as the center piece of my newly redone family room. I went to my Best Buy location and was sold on the 77 Samsung OLED. That’s where my experience began… First the TV wouldn’t be delivered for 2 weeks. I thought that was a little long but went for it all the same. After the 2 weeks the TV arrived and when the install guys arrived, they informed me that the frame of the TV was bent…. I waited another week or so for the new TV to be delivered and installed. Well the TV worked for about 3 weeks before completely burning out the power board. I then waited a well for a tech to come out and repair it. That was a relatively easy process with simply switching out the power board. Well fast forward to yesterday and I’m dealing with the same issue… the tv won’t turn on and is completely dead. I do not recommended this tv and severely dissatisfied with a high end Samsung product preforming this way.

I'm giving this an "average" review because my 1st TV boinked out on me after 3 weeks. Because I bought the full warranty package, Best Buy replaced it, but what a pain in the butt. I absolutely love the picture, but fear it will die on me again. If so, I'm forever giving up on Samsung. We'll see....

Honestly all around amazing quality and display would recommend

I researched all tv's in depth before going to BestBuy to check out the Samsung OLED tv I was most impressed by. This would be our third Samsung tv purchase in 12 years with one of those ours and the other a similar purchased for my elderly father. Both served us well but the one most used, ours, was beginning to have sound issues. Long story short the OLED fit our home and usage needs. The 77" is a perfect fit and choice.

Recently retired and wanted to replace 8 year old TV. Looked at various reviews of different brands around 75" and $2500. Glad I made this choice!! Great picture from regular HD TV to gaming on the PS5. I also paired the Samsung wireless speakers = incredible. Only complaint I had was the awkward input locations on the back.

This TV is exactly what our living room was missing! Every one of our guests mentions how beautiful the picture quality is! It's very fast, and we have been very happy with the quality!

This TV is amazing! Was going to buy a C4 but the Samsung rep talked me into the S90D and I got it for a heck of a deal. Great for gaming, great for movies, great TV.

The service and assistance by Gregg was great. The delivery and installation was professional (Dejuan) and timely. The product has been exactly what we wanted.

I have a Total Membership with Best Buy for years, and one of the supposed perks is 2-day delivery. I ordered a TV on August 27th, 2025, and the confirmation email clearly stated it would arrive by September 2nd, 2025. Not only did it NOT arrive, but there was also zero communication from Best Buy until I called on Sept 2nd to ask for an update. To my greatest shock, I was told the TV hadn’t even arrived in Indiana! The customer service was beyond awful — extremely rude, constantly transferring my call mid-conversation, with no accountability. When I called again on Sept 4th, I spoke to a rep who actually told me to come to the store and pick up my 77-inch TV (seriously? I’m a Total Member, isn’t that the whole point?). His tone was rude and condescending the entire time. The TV finally showed up on Sept 8th, 2025 through ABF Freight Systems Inc. — six days late — and to make matters worse, the delivery guy refused to bring the TV inside my home. He insisted they were only required to leave it at the door. That’s absolutely unacceptable and despicable service for such a large, heavy item. This entire experience has been a nightmare. Best Buy completely failed on communication, delivery, professionalism, and basic customer service. I will never recommend Best Buy for TV purchases. Zero stars if I could give them. Lastly I hope the TV doesn't have any issue because have not unbox it yet.

2month process to find the Best! I shopped, I tested, I bought-I returned a few comparable TVs. At home I tested 8k, tested mini leds, tested another brands OLED, The s90d 77inch is Amazing. Picture is clear, pure and not over saturated. Glare isn’t noticeable in my windowed tv room.

It looks good and the blacks look as expected. Game mode is a waste as it makes everything look so fake and blue. It seems to have issues with upscaling images as the picture has pixelation issues around the edges of objects on older content. It also weighs about 80 lbs, so make sure you have two people to mount it on the wall if that's your route.
