    The best tv for the money and its not even close. Samsung oleds are in a league of their own.

    The TV itself is excellent. But the remote that came with it is terrible. It's too small. It's hard to use. The buttons are too small, and the writing on the buttons is too small and hard to read.

    I bought this tv 12/2/24... there were a few reviews out there about the electrical panel but not many, as it was a newer TV. I figured it was just a bad batch - I've purchased Samsung TV's for 20 years and never had a problem. Fast forward 4 months and the EXACT same thing has happened to mine as the other reviewers. One day the TV wouldn't turn on, I found the breaker tripped in the basement. Upon turning breaker back on, the TV will not turn on, even the red standby light. SOO frustrating - we have to deal with this in 2025?? Naturally I am out of the 15 day return window for BB so I have to deal directly with Samsung... repair man is coming in a few days. Other reviewers have said that the electrical panel gets replaced, and then it gets blown again in the near future. I expect I'll have to do this a few times within the 1 year period and then the TV will be worthless and I'll have to buy the applicable Sony or LG version. I will note, while it worked, the picture quality is fantastic.... but makes no difference because of this electrical issue. A horrible experience, Samsung. I guess I reminder that I should consider the extended warranty, but again, if we spend >$2,000 on a TV, why should we have to worry about this stuff. It should just work... not asking too much.

    We do love the picture-window television! So nice to have it on the wall. Color and clarity is great! The guys who installed it were great, as well.

    This TV is nothing short of amazing. The sound and picture quality are unmatched. Very happy with this purchase! And the GEEK SQUAD was great when mounting it.

    Ooh!!! I would diffinately recommend, this is the best oled smart tv ever, the picture image is soooo natural, excellent buy, money well well well spent !!!

    Picture’s super clear, blacks are really black, and colors pop. A bit pricey, but totally worth it!

    DO NOT BUY. Visually stunning display No longer powering on after just 4 months of use, and have been getting the run around from both Samsung and Best Buy on repair. Power issues appear to be a recurring issue with this model

    Do not buy this TV. The TV turned off after about 4 months of average use. The customer support from Samsung was tragically bad. I still have yet to receive a refund check in hand after 3 weeks of them saying it was sent. This was after 2 weeks of waiting for them to even decide to refund me due to no warranty services within my area. On top of this they expect the customer to deal with disposal of the TV and if you have any hope of receiving reimbursement for dumping/fuel costs, good luck waiting an additional 2 weeks for approval from their special cases department. Don't believe me? Look up the TV and you will see many others dealing with the same issue online.

    It was a 5 star but just stopped working. Waiting on Samsung to help stopped working after 4 months.
