    I haven’t received the tv, as per my directions. I was very pleased with the sales person, however, he forgot to add my $300 gift card, which I had asked him to do.

    Tv not powering on after 5 months

    I purchased this TV just 5 months ago, and it has already stopped working. I’ve been told I have to pay out of pocket to have it dismounted and remounted after the power supply is replaced. This doesn’t seem fair, especially for a product that failed so soon. I’ve looked online and found multiple complaints from other customers experiencing the exact same issue. It’s clearly a common problem, and I no longer feel confident that this TV will function reliably, even after repairs. At this point, I feel like a refund or a replacement with a more reliable model would be a more appropriate resolution. This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience for what should have been a quality purchase.

    Buyer Beware - TV Wont Power On

    I bought this Tv 77” back in November of 2024. Here is May of 2025 and the TV will not power on. I moved the TV to a different outlet and left it to be unplugged for some time and still nothing. I then decided to use this Best Buy app to see about repairs when I saw multiple reviews from customers that were having this same issue in such a short time. This is a huge red flag for me. I’ve had multiple TVs, ranging from all sorts of price ranges, and I’ve never had a TV lose power and not work like this. I still have an LG from 2015 that still works fine. A $2500 TV should be much better than this.

    What a disappointment

    I ordered a tv over two weeks ago. I took a day off work to be here for delivery and Best Buy canceled on me the same in the same time frame thay the tv was supposed to be delivered. I rescheduled for the next available Saturday, received a delivery time window the day of between 3:00 and 7:00 p.m. Best Buy just called 10 minutes ago at 4:45 p.m. to once again tell me that they couldn't deliver the tv today after I made plans out my day to be here once again. I have family coming from out of town later this evening to visit and now I have no tv. I'm not halpy about this at all. I will not recommend anyone to use Best Buy delivery for anything.

    I purchased this TV in November 2024, had it delievered on December 4, 2024, it looked great. Yesterday the screen went black and the audio stopped. I could not and cannot turn the TV, on, after running through troubleshooting steps and reaching out to Samsung online support, a repair request was submitted. While it is still under warranty, it is completely unacceptable for a TV to malfunction after 5 months, it is not even used daily. I bought this TV to replace a 65” Samsung that I had for 4 years after the top part of the screen would randomly darken and lighten, which started in September 2024. Apparently there is a known issue with the backlighting, just as there is a known issue with the power board on the 77”. Fortunately, I still have the first Samsung TV I purchased back in 2013, an LED flat panel, basic TV that still looks good and most importantly works. The 77” Samsung I bought in November will be the last Samsung TV I will ever buy.

    Had to get repl!aced in 3 weeks. Just shut off. Best Buy swapped it out. They didnt even offer to set it up.
