Buyer Beware

This is way too much to invest in a tv that doesnt last. Apparently there is a known problem with this tv so i agree with others. Quit selling a known lemon. All our tvs and phones are samsung and have been for many years. Depending on the feedback we receive on fixing this expensive jewel we may change brands. Very disappointed!

4 Month and it stopped working

This happens when I am away and no one was able to use the TV for few weeks. Come to find out I am not the only one with this problem. I called Samasung and now waiting for their repair squad, but I do not want this tv anymore. It is a piece of junk and the power module they will install will be the same piece of junk for this tv. I am sure it wont last and they are just buying time for the one year warrantte then you are on the hook for it.

I like the Samsung Class 77 S90D TV

I contacted BestBuy immediately. It took two weeks before they sent a replacement because of bureaucratic procedures. The replacement TV is working well, and I really like the features on the Samsung OLED 4K TV
