    This TV is the most realistic TV I have owned. The colors are amazing and the best quality I have seen.

    Dont buy this tv. It has a defective power supply board. Smasung refuses to fix. Mine went out 15 days aftercthe warranty expired. Samaunf service will cancel service requests if outside of warranty. Best buy charges $125 for diagnosing wven if the problem is known. They charge dor seevice labor and parts on top of that. They refuse to warranty the power supply because of known problems. Do not buy.

    Tv Failed 20 Days after purchase . Power Board failure, no picture Samsung replaced Board 5 Days later You must remove from wall and remove mount to get service. Hope this Power board last more than 20 days. Picture Looks Great in store. Different at Home

      We appreciate you sharing your experience you went through to have your TV serviced, but I hope your TV is now performing as expected. Please do keep in mind that our service does not cover your wall mount. For service, it is the responsibility of the customer to unmount and remount the unit.

      If the image you’re seeing isn’t to your liking, there are several picture settings you may want to adjust.

      Go to Home > left direction button > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
      ...and select the mode that best fits your usage:
      1. Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments
      2. Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments
      3. Eco: Provided to save energy
      4. Movie: Suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room
      5. Filmmaker Mode: Provides source content just as the creators intended. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it’ll automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.

      You can also fine-tune your picture with expert settings such as brightness, contrast, sharpness and more (All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings).

    It happened to me too! Bought this tv at the end of October and now, Mid-December, it wont turn on. I had seen these reviews come in a few weeks ago, hoping it wouldnt happen to us but it did.. luckily we have BestBuy+ and are going to try 1 more time (we were told it might be a batch issue). We also just bought 5 year protection but if it stops working again we may opt for the LG C4… The picture and glare-free viewing (our room is bright and could see glare-free with all curtains open, I know this isn’t the actual glare free model) was the best and we didn’t want to pay more for a different tv we wouldn’t like as much.
