    So happy with my purchase! My kids recommended this TV after looking at reviews and specs. Honestly i could not be more pleased! Samsung is always my go to and i am not disappointed. I have had this for 2 months and always amazed by the visual experience.

    Excellent sales associate. He was extremely helpful and offered his expertise on the type of tv she wanted. It's always nice to shop at Best Buy and have the Geek Squad for help.

    Bought a best buy open box excellent one. Was completely like new and working perfectly fine! And as for the TV nothing beats a OLED screen capable of handling 120 Hz.

    I’ve gone through 2 different “77 models and both experienced the same issue of not turning on after a few weeks of use. The Best buy warranty I purchased was a waste since they will only refer you to the manufacturer if any issues come up during the first year of ownership. DO NOT BUY THIS TV.

    Excellent TV, BIG TV, only thing I don't like is the remote control without ch #'s. It's hard to learn to navigate especially for older people!

    We baught this tv and it was amazing, but after a week it died because of the power outage, I got a replacement within a week and after 5 months it died again, this time for no reason, a lot of people online and on reviews state that it is because of the power board and when it first broke the best buy employees told me it was the same issue. It seems the whole issue is just the power board.

    no comment, well if you insist, sound is a bit of an issue as it seems all flat screen tv's have the sound coming from the back bouncing off a wall. The earlier flat screen tv's had the sound system in the front circling the picture frame.

    Not how you see it at the store. Also, it didn’t bring a piece that supposedly should bring.

      Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the picture quality of your S90D TV. To ensure you’ve got the latest image quality updates, please confirm that your TV is up to date with the latest firmware version. You can check by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.

      If the picture you’re seeing is still not to your liking after updating firmware, there are several picture settings you may want to try adjusting.

      Go to Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
      ...and select the mode that best fits your usage:

      1. Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments
      2. Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments
      3. Eco: Provided to save energy
      4. Movie: Suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room
      5. Filmmaker Mode: Provides source content just as the creators intended. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it’ll automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.

      Intelligent Mode enables the TV to recognize and analyze the surroundings, noise, content, and your usage patterns to provide the best viewing experience. You can enable Intelligent Mode by going to Menu > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Intelligent Mode Settings > Intelligent Mode.

    I bought and fully paid for this tv and they promised to deliver the tv to my house and on the day that i supposed to get the tv deliver they canceled it at the last minute without any explanation. This is the very first time that i had this bad experience with a big name store like bestbuy. This is not how they honor customer business!

    The first one I bought had electrical issues that caused it to trip the breaker - within the 2-week window so I returned it to BB and got another - I'm now ~ 3 months in and this one is doing the same thing so it's off to Samsung support which it trying at best. If you get one that works it may be the best TV I've had but if not its a piece of garbage - not up to the usual Samsung quality standards

    Won’t turn on, do not buy!

    Tv quit working after five months. Even with the Best Buy warranty, they won’t look at it until the Samsung warranty is over. Now we have to wait weeks for a service call. This is a know problem that many people have with this model. Do not buy!

    Horrible customer service at Best Buy(Cerritos)

    Good tv but, second week in my wall I lost picture. Very disappointing after paying for it be mounted on the my wall. On top of that tried to return or exchange and I was given a hard time by the Best Buy manager at Cerritos after being told by customer service to take it back for exchange or return.

    Best TV Image

    It was between this and a second LG OLED C4 for a second tv but went with the Samsung. Glad I did even though the LG is still amazing. I do like the speed of the Samsung OS more than the LG.

    This TV will not turn on 12 months and 3 weeks and Samsung says its out of warranty!

    TV has died twice, Samsung won’t replace

    Bought the TV in late October 2024 and it died in early December. No power or standby light. Power board replaced and it worked for about eight weeks and just randomly died again, same symptoms. Now support won’t replace and insists only can do repairs despite warranty saying they *could* replace it except they choose not to given it’s a “gray area” for the warranty wording. I will never recommend Samsung after spending this much on their product and getting this run around on a defective lemon.

    TV stopped working after 2 months.

    After 2 months from the day the TV was delivered this brand-new TV won't turn on. Did all the poor shooting and still will not turn on. Called customer service Best Buy and was forwarded to Samsung. I called to talk to someone and still had to fill out the information on my phone to set up an appointment for a tech to come find out why the TV is now working. Will have to wait 3 days for a tech to come out and fix the TV. Not loving this TV like I thought I would. It was great until it stopped turning on.
