    It quit working after 4 days. Returned it for an LG.

    Delivery delayed twice, cust service hung up on me

    Delivery of my TV has been delayed twice, a total of 2 weeks and I don't know if it will arrive then. Called customer service to discuss problem, TV is in stock, his (Joseph) solution was to hang up on me. I was not irate with them, but now I'm mad. Don't know if this will come at the delayed appointment or I will get it before Xmas now.

    TV has gone out twice

    We have receive now two TV’s and Best Buy is not standing behind their product. They are refusing to take it back. We are not even 15 days outside the return policy. Insisting that we call Samsung for repairs. Do not buy this TV.

    Samsung TV lasted 8 weeks now won’t turn on.

    Warranty repair technician sent a text message saying the TV must be removed from the wall for service. Since I live alone and can’t possibly remove it I’m sitting here looking at a blank screen. Spent 4k on it.

    This was an “open box” purchase but supposedly was only open for one day. When we brought the item home there was no power cord, no remote and the TV was cracked.

    AVOID AT ALL COSTS

    I’ve had this TV for six months so far. The FIRST powerboard failed after three months, and three months later it has failed again. Avoid at all costs, spend your money on a Sony or LG.

    Please do yourself a favor and stay away from samsung tvs. The quality control is not up to par with LG or Sony. Unacceptable for a flagship tv that costs over $2000 of hard earned money.

    Purchased in August 2024 and it's broken already. Getting repair service while under warranty and having a Best Buy extended warranty is useless. Both entities direct you to the other one...

    It was a nightmare since the start. They messed up the whole process and every person in customer service support I spoke didn't have a clue about what they were talking or doing. Very disappointed of this company service.

    Great but maybe problematic

    I purchased this tv because there were no LG 77 c4 available at the time . This tv, I must say had an extremely bright and clear picture . However, after I did some research, O found out the after two to three months people experienced problems with the tv. I ended up exchanging this tv for the lgc5 .

    Samsung OLED 77"

    We are very happy with our purchase of the Samsung OLED 77" TV. The picture is clear from any viewing angle. It was time for a new TV because our old one was 10 years old. There is no comparision between the old and new TV. The clairity blows me away. The sound is not very loud for such a large TV, but we have a sound bar so not an issue.
