    The picture was great while it lasted, died in 20 days, power board failure happened suddenly. Samsung itself offers a warranty for repair, but dont have authorized repair technicians in my area so they offered to replace the unit for a "scheduled" time almost 3 weeks out...im going to have best buy replace it in a week instead. Im probably going to go with a LG instead though cause a new unit will likely come with a power board that will fail as well, there is an updated power board that repair technicians will replace the dead ones with that appears to fail less, but with no technicians in my area, i fear ill be sucked into a death loop replacing this thing. Just get the LG and its dumb remote, at least it wont fail at the rate od these things.

    Best Buy no help with bricked TV 16 day old TV

    TV quit powering on 16 days after delivery and install by Best Buy. Best Buy was absolutely no help In resolving bricked TV when contacted. All they would say is I should have purchased their extended warranty which I was not even offered. Samsung did respond and repair TV under their 1 year warranty, Best Buy did not even mention Samsung Warranty.

    tv, shows good picture. The refresh rate is not as fast. But it does show a HD QUILTY. The gameing quilty shows well. the price is a bit higher. But its a good tv. Not sure how it shows a live local sporting event yet. The local tv stations shows about the same as my UHD CRYSTAL , 4K ,tv.

    I love this TV, the picture is amazing. I did have two separate power supplies blow a fuse after less than two months of use each, but they were covered by the Samsung warranty. After the latest replacement, an “upgraded” power supply was installed and it’s lasted to the three month mark

    Loved this TV until it died 14 months after purchase. Best Buy said it was out of the 12 monty warranty which it was but I contacted Samsung and they said I had two more days on the warranty. This model is notorious for power supply failures. Samsung sent out a tech to replace boards. No Joy. Totally dead. Samsung is working with me now to replace or reimburse us. I have 6 other Samsung TVs that have all been great. Swapping over to LG for my next one. Samsung customer service has been excellent.

    My first OLED and what a screen pop! My room is mainly dark but sometimes in the day it gets bright. No issues with this as the TV can handle it well. Using it for my ps5 and love some of the gaming specific settings. Has this aim assist feature which keeps ur aim centered on the screen! Love it. The screen is also super thin and with a low profile TV mount is quite flush to the wall. Had some challenges with logging into Samsung smarting but just soft reset the TV by disconnecting from mains for a few minutes and all worked out.

    Went Out - Geek Squad hasn't helped

    TV went out just after a year but I assumed no big deal I have Geek Squad, wrong! I’ve had one of the worst customer service experiences ever with Geek Squad. It has now been a full month and my TV is still not repaired. It took two weeks just to get a technician out, and all they did was confirm the obvious — the TV had no power. That technician promised I’d be updated and scheduled for a repair the following week. A return appointment was set for 9/30, but it was canceled without anyone telling me. When I called on 9/29 to confirm, I was hung up on when I questioned the delays. When I called back, another rep flat-out lied to me and said the appointment was still confirmed. Of course, no one showed up. Now they’ve rescheduled me again for 10/7, meaning I’ll be waiting a full month with no working TV. The website provides wrong information, the call center is unhelpful (and in my case rude), and no one at Geek Squad seems to care about communicating with customers. I paid for this service expecting reliability and professionalism, but instead I’ve gotten lies, no-shows, and wasted time. If you value your time and sanity, don’t rely on Geek Squad for repairs.

    Wont turn on

    It has been exactly 168 days from when i purchased the tv and it will not turn on. I checked the power cable and it is reciving power, however the main circuit and the TV is not receiving power. The TV was barely used maybe 3-4 hours per day and the rest of the time it was off. It is sad to spend all this money on the TV now I have to go through Samsung customer service to send a technician to fix it.

    In perfect working order - sounds and looks phenomenal. Only small issue - I am used to a plastic covering/screen protectant that peels off... there was none and the screen itself has very minor scratches, likely from delivery. The scratches are not visible when viewing, but still something of note.

    Great picture, my only complaint is that the Ambient feature for adding my own photos via My Album on the SmartThings app is not present. I’ve read this is disabled on OLED models to avoid LED burn in. The Owners Manual describes the feature and how to use it but the described menu options are not present. Very misleading product description.

    I am only a couple of weeks into owning it, but this is a really nice TV. Great color, deep pitch blacks. Crazy bright screen. And it actually has more features than I was even aware of, including the ability to play cloud gaming via Xbox, Luna, etc, directly on the TV without the need for a game console. Plus it's got Samsung Smart things built in. It's not cheap, but it's a REALLY great tv so far!

    Great picture - Even better on streaming. Direct TV signal is not high enough resolution to fully enjoy the features. Would have been 5 stars however the tv did not power on after 60 days. Support was great and came out and fixed it however I saved and purchased this for 2024 NFL football season and ended up missing 5 weeks.

    Excellent tv for movies and gaming. The built in user interface is very easy to use with all the apps able to be downloaded to the tv. Games run fantastic on the TV weather it's a console game or a PC connected. Movies and shoes have great colors and motion is smooth. Combine it with a Samsung soundbar and your all set. Great TV 1 year and no issues.

    I was long overdue for a new TV for our family room. It had been a couple of years since I purchased my last Family room television. I have to say it was a great decision to visit Best Buy because I received great customer service and information, and I was able to buy the best TV I have ever owned. The Samsung 77 Class S90D has the best crisp/sharp picture and the coolest features. Since I purchased this TV, our family has been making it family movie nights every weekend. Thank you Best Buy !
