||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Do not buy this TV. The TV turned off after about 4 months of average use. The customer support from Samsung was tragically bad. I still have yet to receive a refund check in hand after 3 weeks of them saying it was sent. This was after 2 weeks of waiting for them to even decide to refund me due to no warranty services within my area. On top of this they expect the customer to deal with disposal of the TV and if you have any hope of receiving reimbursement for dumping/fuel costs, good luck waiting an additional 2 weeks for approval from their special cases department. Don't believe me? Look up the TV and you will see many others dealing with the same issue online.
