The picture is stunning, the audio very clear and loud. However, I purchased this TV in September, and it already died on me yesterday. TV won’t turn on, red standby light is nowhere to be seen. This seems to be a common occurrence with the 77S90D. Would not recommend this tv!! Not worth the money!!

I took a day off work to be here for delivery and Best Buy canceled on me the same in the same time frame thay the tv was supposed to be delivered. I rescheduled for the next available Saturday, received a delivery time window the day of between 3:00 and 7:00 p.m. Best Buy just called 10 minutes ago at 4:45 p.m. to once again tell me that they couldn't deliver the tv today after I made plans out my day to be here once again. I have family coming from out of town later this evening to visit and now I have no tv. I'm not halpy about this at all. I will not recommend anyone to use Best Buy delivery for anything.

The red standby light is off, and it won’t turn on at all—it seems to be a power issue. It’s still under warranty, and a Samsung technician is scheduled to check it this week, but it’s disappointing that such an expensive TV failed so soon. After looking online, I noticed many customers reporting the same power board problem. Hopefully Samsung resolves this quickly, but it’s frustrating to deal with after less than a year of use.
