2month process to find the Best! I shopped, I tested, I bought-I returned a few comparable TVs. At home I tested 8k, tested mini leds, tested another brands OLED, The s90d 77inch is Amazing. Picture is clear, pure and not over saturated. Glare isn’t noticeable in my windowed tv room.

The T.V. is great. The picture quality is phenomenal and the advanced settings available to personalize video and sound is top tier. The settings are easy to navigate, the t.v. itself is easy to hang on a wall and set up on a stand. It paired perfectly with the soundbar with no issues at all. Overall the best television I have ever owned.

I love the size of tv. The color can be adjustable.

Arguably the best TV of 2024. And a great deal if you can find them on clearance in 2025, as the new crop of TVs are just incremental improvements over last year.

awesome tv! but the power board has gone out twice, first time the tv wouldnt turn on at all and second time just the sound quit working. service company replaced the speaker assembly, main board and wire harness before realizing the power board was the problem again! hopefully not an issue once warranty is over.

This TV is amazing! Was going to buy a C4 but the Samsung rep talked me into the S90D and I got it for a heck of a deal. Great for gaming, great for movies, great TV.

The service and assistance by Gregg was great. The delivery and installation was professional (Dejuan) and timely. The product has been exactly what we wanted.

The tec at the store was really helpful show me a way to get the best tv. And the delivery to my house was outstanding . Professional and cordial tecs did a great job

I have a Total Membership with Best Buy for years, and one of the supposed perks is 2-day delivery. I ordered a TV on August 27th, 2025, and the confirmation email clearly stated it would arrive by September 2nd, 2025. Not only did it NOT arrive, but there was also zero communication from Best Buy until I called on Sept 2nd to ask for an update. To my greatest shock, I was told the TV hadn’t even arrived in Indiana! The customer service was beyond awful — extremely rude, constantly transferring my call mid-conversation, with no accountability. When I called again on Sept 4th, I spoke to a rep who actually told me to come to the store and pick up my 77-inch TV (seriously? I’m a Total Member, isn’t that the whole point?). His tone was rude and condescending the entire time. The TV finally showed up on Sept 8th, 2025 through ABF Freight Systems Inc. — six days late — and to make matters worse, the delivery guy refused to bring the TV inside my home. He insisted they were only required to leave it at the door. That’s absolutely unacceptable and despicable service for such a large, heavy item. This entire experience has been a nightmare. Best Buy completely failed on communication, delivery, professionalism, and basic customer service. I will never recommend Best Buy for TV purchases. Zero stars if I could give them. Lastly I hope the TV doesn't have any issue because have not unbox it yet.
