    This is now my 3rd Samsung TV that has failed. I started with the Samsung 95D; it went dead after 2 weeks. BB was great and sent me a replacement; it also went dead after 2 weeks. I decided to try the 90D and BB was great and replaced TV #2. 4 weeks later, the 90D went dead. That was strike 3; Sansung...you're out!. After purchasing Samsung TVs for 20 years, I am done with them. Something has seriously changed over there. Once again BB was great with their customer service. I decided to go with the Sony Bravia 8 77" and it will be installed next week. Again, I'm done with Samsung.

    We were hesitant to buy as thought might be too big. It's good size and has an incredible definition! We are very happy with purchase.

    Amazing Picture but tv has an issue with turning off and never turning back on. Its a known issue. Purchased from Best Buy & TV went out in 2wks. Best Buy replaced & recommended that I get GeekSquad Warranty. Only to have the TV go out again but b/c it was after 6m. GeekSquad said I have to deal with Samsung first now. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. Horrible Experience Best Buy!

    I was very pleased with the TV for the first month. Great picture. However, after one month it would not turn on. Fortunately, Best Buy will be exchanging it with a new one. Hopefully that one will work properly.

    Defective Power Supply - Do Not Buy

    Dont buy this tv. It has a defective power supply board. Smasung refuses to fix. Mine went out 15 days aftercthe warranty expired. Samaunf service will cancel service requests if outside of warranty. Best buy charges $125 for diagnosing wven if the problem is known. They charge dor seevice labor and parts on top of that. They refuse to warranty the power supply because of known problems. Do not buy.

    Amazing tv picture but a month in a the tv is dead. No power. Cannot turn it on. Its as if something inside died… very fristrated having paid $2500 for this tv! I exoect much better.
