    Don’t ever buy purchase the 77 inch Samsung TV within the month. There was no more power to the TV I paid for the protection plan from Best Buy. They replaced it with the exact same TV now month and a half later same exact problem and now Best Buy protection plan means nothing cause now I have to go through Samsung. Don’t buy this TV.

    Better off buying from someone on the street. A random person has more morals and integrity than the employees at Best Buy. They hide behind a corporate logo to act immoral. Best Buy purposely sold me an open box tv in excellent like new condition that they no was not in working order. Obvious return when opened. The previous customer had put an envelope sticker on the back of tv with purchase date of July 2024 written on it. . I bought this tv in April 2025. I bought TV on Best Buy’s website. Drive an hour an half after borrowing a friends truck an hour and a half home to pick up a product that the staff new full well was broken. They didn’t care. Horrible ppl. They knew what they were doing. It’s no longer their problem after they sell it to me. Took a week and a half to return for full refund. Way to waste so many ppls time and money so you can save a couple dollars yourselves. Best Buy is a bankrupt company that finally needs to go away.

    Tv great. Order was screwed up. Missing tv mount. Had to go in and pick up. Also was missing installing tv. Had to do self.

    I purchased this 77 inch tv from Best Buy on Nov 14th, and on Dec 11th started having Problems !! Notified Best Buy in person, but they did Nothing !! but screw up my replacement order.. The tv “ Died” on Dec 19th, and Notified them Again of the Problem.. Well.. it’s Dec 31st !!!!! and Still No Replacement !!!!!!! I have been a Best Buy Customer for years, but I’m Truly Disappointed in your Customer Support

    I would not purchase angain! After 6 months TV refused to turn on. Appears this is a now widely known Samsung manufacturing problem. Like the TV itself WHEN it works.

    RUN DON'T WALK AWAY FROM THIS STORE!

    We spent over $400 on a new TV and sound system. Scheduled install for Saturday, November 23, 2024. Everything went beautifully. Technicians left and we went back to Best Buy to make a purchase recommended by the technician only to return home roughly three (3) hours later and turn the TV on to find a huge 2 inch white dead spot running from top to bottom in the center of this brand new TV. Called Best Buy, scheduled another appointment for a replacement TV. Received appointment email stating between 730AM and 1130AM. Followed technician on the tracker which stated he would be at my house by 830 this morning. The technician "Alexis" exited the highway by my house proceeded to sit somewhere for 30 minutes, got back on the highway proceeded to go to some other appointment. Called to find out the issue only to be told I would be his next stop and that he would call me to confirm. No phone call and no Alexis. Called the 800 number three (3) times, talking to people not even in this country telling me he will be here, he will be here. I have spent almost 2 hours on hold with various agents. No one can connect you to a supervisor. It is now 11:55AM well past my appointment window and I still do not have a working TV!!!

    Bought the S90D 77inch in store January 2025. Early March less than 60 days no power failure. Common problem with this TV. Look it up before buying this TV. Check Reddit, and the questions on Best Buy. Some owners have had three failures on one TV. DO NOT BUY. GET THE LG C4!

    Same power failure problem as the other reviews. Bought in Nov ‘24 and failure happened yesterday. Contacted Samsung and repair will be in five days. Unfortunately after reading the other reviews, it’s going to happen again. Picture quality is excellent..when it’s working…

    Terrible! I needed to wipe the installers fingerprints off my new TV & I called Samsung for instructions on how to clean and followed the instructions to a T but the screen literally wiped off as I cleaned it with a slightly damp microfiber cloth! I immediately called Best Buy & they did nothing for me because I was outside of their 15 day return/exchange window & I was only outside of it by 3 days!!! I just barely had the TV mounted. They told me to call Samsung so I did, they came out quick but only to tell me it’s not covered under warranty. I bought two Samsung TVs from Best Buy on the same day, I have fingerprints on both & now damage on one. I don’t dare clean them off because of what happened and I’m stuck. I will NEVER do business with Best Buy or Samsung again!!! Be very very careful when cleaning because even if you follow the manufacturer instructions you could cause damage and nobody will care!!!
