    Don’t buy a Samsung TV if you’re planning on watching a lot of prime video movies or series. Takes forever load buffers all the time eventually freezes up with an error message. If you don’t watch prime video then it’s an excellent TV great picture and sound

      Thank you for sharing your experience with the Prime Video app. If your app is freezing, not loading, or crashing, you can try cold booting your TV by holding down the power button on your remote for 5+ sec until the TV turns off and on again, deleting and downloading the apps again, and completing full reset of Smart Hub to correct the issue.

      Please also make sure your TV is running the latest firmware version. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update.

    Purchased Dec. 1. Delivery was Dec. 19 ,2024. Quit working Jan. 13. Wish I had sent it back. Best Buy should not have sold a tv with a known problem. I dropped the ball on my research . Jan . 27 2025 is my scheduleed repair day if the parts come in by then.

    Trust the reviews, the TV is great, the picture is Great, but it will go black screen just in months, you will not use this TV for years.

    Bought this TV two an half months ago and I had to replace it for a new one twice. Now the third one stopped working too. Waiting for best buy to pick it up this Saturday. This time I’m returning it and getting my full credit back.

    Stopped working in less than two months

    TV didnt turn on one morning. Called Samsung tech support, they confirmed that it would require a technician to diagnose. Its been 3 weeks since they offered to replace it under the manufacture warranty and ive got the runaround. I didnt purchase the warranty from Best Buy, so i cant return it or exchange it. I had been wanting a good Samsung tv for a few years, but after this issue, im going back to LG or Vizio.

    Today 01/19/25 the tv won't go on. We tried new electric outlets, resetting the button and no red light to indicate tv is working. Calling Best Buy today at 10:00 am Honolulu time that we want to exchange with a new one.

    The TV was probably great. However, my initial delivery and setup was scheduled 3-weeks from the purchase date. I received notice 2-weeks into the waiting time notifying me that my delivery would be delayed by another 3-4 weeks. Cancelled my order and went with a different supplier, and have a better TV, for cheaper, installed within 2 weeks.

    TV was great when I bought it in mid December 2024. Was watching it and the power supply in the tv quit working and won’t do anything. Unacceptable for a 3 month old tv.

    No tv for this kind of money should die . And since it was under a year old I had to go through Samsung warranty instead of Best Buy . Total nightmare Samsung is the nicest but worst Custer service I’ve ever felt with took 3 months of back and forth to get a return . I will never buy Samsung again because of it LG is up next
