Worst tv ever made

This is an expensive tv and it died within 7 months. Samsung customer service is terrible and they are freaking liars. WOULD NEVER BUY ANY SAMSUNG PRODUCT AND NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE. Lost power

Fortunately, it is still within the BestBuy return period. I will have it replaced with a new unit, hopedully it will last this time. I have had multiple Samsung LCD TVs over the years with no issues. Let's see, because I do love the amazing picture quality and size.

Horrible experience with Samsung TV.

In December of 2024 the power board failed which stopped the TV from working. We were without TV for about one week. The technician arrived and I assisted him in lifting it to the floor. He took it apart and replaced the power board. The TV worked again. In February of 2025, the TV shut off again. It's probably the power board again but we won't know until the technician comes again. We have no TV again until it's repaired. Please do not buy a Samsung TV if you are expecting a flawless TV without frequent issues. This experience is a wake up call for me. And the worst part is I payed $2,500 for this junk. I will be requesting a replacement TV as I don't know whats causing these power boards to fail. Neither does Samsung!!!

Broke after 3 weeks

Lack of function on remote was easy to fix with a second remote (less than $10). The bad review is because 3 weeks after purchase it died. TV would be 5 star a huge improvement over my sony that died, but a new tv dying this fast is not acceptable. best buy will replace, so hoping second time is a charm.

Defective Power Supply - Do Not Buy

Smasung refuses to fix. Mine went out 15 days aftercthe warranty expired. Samaunf service will cancel service requests if outside of warranty. Best buy charges $125 for diagnosing wven if the problem is known. They charge dor seevice labor and parts on top of that. They refuse to warranty the power supply because of known problems. Do not buy.

Samsung has gone from the best to the worst.

I started with the Samsung 95D; it went dead after 2 weeks. BB was great and sent me a replacement; it also went dead after 2 weeks. I decided to try the 90D and BB was great and replaced TV #2. 4 weeks later, the 90D went dead. That was strike 3; Sansung...you're out!. After purchasing Samsung TVs for 20 years, I am done with them. Something has seriously changed over there. Once again BB was great with their customer service. I decided to go with the Sony Bravia 8 77" and it will be installed next week. Again, I'm done with Samsung.
