    There is a known issue with the power supply, your TV will all of a sudden just not turn on. Best Buy‘s help during the first year unplug it for 30 seconds and then plug it back in. Did that work? Even though you purchased the geek squad protection plan.

    Terrible! I needed to wipe the installers fingerprints off my new TV & I called Samsung for instructions on how to clean and followed the instructions to a T but the screen literally wiped off as I cleaned it with a slightly damp microfiber cloth! I immediately called Best Buy & they did nothing for me because I was outside of their 15 day return/exchange window & I was only outside of it by 3 days!!! I just barely had the TV mounted. They told me to call Samsung so I did, they came out quick but only to tell me it’s not covered under warranty. I bought two Samsung TVs from Best Buy on the same day, I have fingerprints on both & now damage on one. I don’t dare clean them off because of what happened and I’m stuck. I will NEVER do business with Best Buy or Samsung again!!! Be very very careful when cleaning because even if you follow the manufacturer instructions you could cause damage and nobody will care!!!

    Broken - 77th day of use

    Only lasted 77 days. Installed 12/10/2024 and broke on 2/25/2025. Outside the return window of 60-days. So basically it just won’t turn on anymore. Checked power to the wall, reseated and made sure all cables connected properly. Checked remote. Just won’t turn on …broken.

    [Employee of bestbuy] Had the tv about a year, one day it just wouldn’t turn on anymore, tried power recycling it and changing outlets and plugs to no help.

    Would not power on.

    I had the same issue as many other reviewers. After about a month, the tv would not power on. This is a very real problem with this tv. Samsung must know there is an issue with so many reporting the same issue. The service company replaced the power board so hopefully Samsung has updated the power board.

    Purchased this and the motherboard went out within 4 months of usage. Best Buy was absolutly no help and all. We had to pay someone to remove it from the wall so Samsung repair person could access the panel. Samsung was great to work with very responsive and checked in regularly for progress. They sent out a great tech who even assisted us in putting it back up. We have not had any probems since it was repaired but will not buy from this store again.

    Dont buy! My powerboard has gone out twice in less than a year. They will only replace the powerboard and after warranty is up your left with a worthless tv.

    My New Samsung old 90d died less than month after setting it up. I spoke custom server very helpful in getting it exchanged Thank you for the great customer service!!

    I have never had a brand new tv break on me so fast. I had to get it replaced because it wouldn’t power on after only a month of usage.

    TV decided to due after 6 months and wint power on. Ive been sealing with samsung for weeks and still left with a 3000 dollar brick.

    Bought at the end of October and lasted until the first week of December. Called Samsung and they are sending out a repair company 5 days from now, and if it has to be replaced we have to wait even longer! How much do you need to spend for good customer service and a fast replacement?!

    The TV worked for 3 days before the power supply fried. It tripped the surge suppressor I had it plugged into. It also cost me an additional $250 to have Best Buy come out and R&R this TV. They should have back charged Samsung.

    Don’t buy a Samsung TV if you’re planning on watching a lot of prime video movies or series. Takes forever load buffers all the time eventually freezes up with an error message. If you don’t watch prime video then it’s an excellent TV great picture and sound

      Thank you for sharing your experience with the Prime Video app. If your app is freezing, not loading, or crashing, you can try cold booting your TV by holding down the power button on your remote for 5+ sec until the TV turns off and on again, deleting and downloading the apps again, and completing full reset of Smart Hub to correct the issue.

      Please also make sure your TV is running the latest firmware version. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update.

    Purchased Dec. 1. Delivery was Dec. 19 ,2024. Quit working Jan. 13. Wish I had sent it back. Best Buy should not have sold a tv with a known problem. I dropped the ball on my research . Jan . 27 2025 is my scheduleed repair day if the parts come in by then.
