    Great but maybe problematic

    I purchased this tv because there were no LG 77 c4 available at the time . This tv, I must say had an extremely bright and clear picture . However, after I did some research, O found out the after two to three months people experienced problems with the tv. I ended up exchanging this tv for the lgc5 .

    Coming from the LG C3. Use mainly for high end PC gaming. S90D is insane. It feels like a step up even from the C3. Games look insane on this tv, best TV quality ive ever seen for gaming. Ive only had the tv for a few days. If quality holds up This will be the best TV ive ever had after 5 years of using LG oleds. I dont know if its the QD panel or what, but theres something about this TV that makes it look much more realistic and immersive then the LG oled, even though LG is great itself. This TV really feels future proof. Dont forsee me having to or wanting to upgrade for at least five years.

    QD Oled is amazing. I have an LG B4 Oled and a Sony A9G Oled. I thought the picture was amazing on those two. However after watching things on this TV, it’s no comparison this QD OLED blows those out of the water. The brightness and color pop on QD OLED is just another level. Also, the screen reflection on this TV is another level. It somehow reduces glare and the colors just pop.

    Excellent love it. The larger the tv though, the better your other equipment and connections have to be, because its easier to see flaws in rendering/judder. and the bigger difference you see from disc-based 4k to streaming 4k

    There’s a KNOWN power supply issue with this TV

    We purchased this item Dec 2024 and it stopped working March 2025. We called Samsung and they set up a time for a tech to come and fix it. I took the day off for the appointment and then the day of the appointment I got a text saying they had to cancel because they do not have the part in. My first question was how do they know what part it needs without anyone physically taking a look at it? I wasted an entire day off to wait for these guys to come in and fix it just to cancel. We then rescheduled and finally it was fixed. We talked to the technician at our home and he told us this is a KNOWN issue with this model. He changed out the power supply. I asked him if it’s fixed for good or this will happen again and he said he wasn’t sure because it’s a recent issue. All he recommended was extended warranty and there’s nothing else they can do for us. Read all these recent comments and you will see we all have the same issue.

    I absolutely loved the picture quality of this Tv but after purchasing it in February, it died on me in April. I read so many instances of that happening to people after researching what happened to mine. Samsung didnt even send a repair person to come fix it, just gave me a full refund and didn’t even want the TV back. I replaced the power supply myself and now it will at least have sound to it but now I have to buy a motherboard to see if that fixes the image not coming on still. Getting an LG instead.

    Would be 5 stars but dead after 2 weeks. Will not turn on. Unacceptable. Had great picture while it lasted. I've never had a problem with LG, will be returning this for the LG equivelant.

    I had hoped I wouldn’t have an issue with my TV like what a lot of others experienced but here I am writing this review to tell you to STAY AWAY! I had this TV delivered on 12/18/24, turned it on for the first time on 12/19/24. Today 2/5/25, it is dead and not turning on. I paid over $2300 to deal with this nonsense. Please listen to the other reviewers, don’t be like me thinking that it won’t happen to you. Its simply not worth the financial risk.

    Died on me

    I bought this tv back in September. Just died on me. I barely used it. Won't even turn on. Luckily, it is under warranty, but died right before the Superbowl. Who knows when someone will be able to get out to look at it? My last 3 tvs have been Samsung, but I will never purchase another one after this. Initially, it was a nice tv, but to die so quickly after being barely used, absolute garbage.

    Had TV for two months and the power went

    After spending thousands of dollars on a TV had it for two months and the power went and then I had to go without a TV for more than a week besides the point I had to take it off wall and then remount it back

    Power board failure at 2 months

    Had the tv for only two months and all of a sudden tv would not turn on, no red led standby light and tripped my circuit breaker if plugged in. Power board failure at 275hrs of panel time. Samsung sent a tech to replace the power board. Tech said he had replaced 6 other power boards on same tv. Hopefully samsung sent them a new updated power board, but tech said he is not sure if it is or not.

    Dead after 24 hours

    Extremely disappointed, less than 24 hours after purchase the screen will no longer turn on. The TV turns on and you can hear the navigation sounds but only get a black screen. I knew about the power supply issues that plague these TVs but all the reviews made me want to take a chance id get a good one. I guess i will be returning for the LG instead.
