Poor Function Quality

I have had geek squad and 3 techs from a third party make trips to assess the problem and there has been no resolution. I have escalated this to customer care and still no solve on the problem. I will most likely be returning this tv that does not seem to be working properly.

Tv good, remote not good, service unsatisfactory

I have had to contact service and it hasn’t been a very pleasant experience. The tv when working was great except the remote is not very good especially voice. Once the this fixed or replaced I will be contacting someone about guidance on the remote. I paid for geek squad.

Delivery delayed twice, cust service hung up on me

Called customer service to discuss problem, TV is in stock, his (Joseph) solution was to hang up on me. I was not irate with them, but now I'm mad. Don't know if this will come at the delayed appointment or I will get it before Xmas now.

Samsung TV lasted 8 weeks now won’t turn on.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
