Save yourself the headache and do not buy this TV. Do some quick research on the net “Samsung S90D wont power on no red light” and you will see how many people are dealing with the ultra poor quality of this model. I purchased from Best Buy in September 2024. Within 3 weeks it was dead. I contacted Best Buy to use my $300 Geeksquad warranty. Wrong! You have to deal with Samsung directly for the first year. I got a repair scheduled through Samsung. Three weeks later it was repaired and working again. This time it worked for 4 weeks and then did the exact same thing. I was able to get Best Buy to send a replacement model by contacting their social media support. The replacement model worked from Dec 31, 2024 until March 5, 2025. Samsung wants to repair it again, I want a different brand and model. Just in case you’re wondering, the outlet is fine, it’s plugged into a surge protector recommended by and purchased at Best Buy. The surround sound equipment plugged in to the surge protector is and has been working the entire time. It’s the TV that is junk. DO NOT BUY.

TOTALLY DEAD AFTER 15 DAYS. Beware of all Samsung products. Their quality is a massive disappointment. I spent almost 3,000 dollars on a brand new tv for it to fail with less than 10 uses! Now that’s I’m looking up a fix, I’m finding countless people having the same experience. STAY AWAY

TV was working great until it shutdown and wouldn't turn back on. Now have to wait a week for service company to even look at it. TV is only 2 1/2 months old.
