Enjoyed this expensive television for almost a month before it totally lost its picture with only a black screen. Covered by warranty, we immediately called Samsung for service. After a week to 10 days, a technician came to our home. After about 15 minutes, he determined that he was unable to repair and advised us that parts would have to be ordered. Three more weeks later, we are still waiting. Thus far we have been without the use of the television longer than we had use. When we call, we get a computer telling us that the parts have been ordered ; still waiting and wondering when if ever will we be serviced.

Best television picture ever. Movies come alive in vivid colors, refresh rate is outstanding. Absolutely no glare in a room full of sunlight. Sound quality is great considering the size of the TV.. highly recommend spending the extra cash if you have it..

Worse experience ever. I’ve been set up for delivery three times already. I’ve waited left work early and then last minute no delivery. One time they delivered the wrong tv. So I can’t give a review on tv yet. But delivery review is the worse. I even called and asked please only schedule if it’s at the warehouse. She said yes mam it’s there. We will deliver Thursday. And I just got the call they will not be delivering again

This TV delivers excellent color and refresh rate! The colors are so vibrant when using the PS5. I have always had a glare issue when using my TV and when the blinds are closed. My recess lighting is right on top of the tv location and this S95F model eliminated the glare! The one connect box (1 wire to TV from box including power and all other wires get connected to the separate box) really made a difference in my set up which is over a fireplace. Such a clean set up as I am using an over the fireplace mount. So even if the wires are hidden the wall you can see them behind the tv when the tv is pullout. The one connect box is great! Also, the OLED screen stays really cool after several hours of use. If budget is not an issues, I would recommend this TV!

Colors are great! Anti-glare feature is excellent! Also like the single cord hook up.

This has been the best television we’ve bought so far! Amazing picture quality and superb sound. Love the anti glare feature it is a must for bright sunlit rooms.

This TV is really good. The colors and definition are exactly what I was looking for. The TV is fast and with Youtube TV is is fast and easy to navigate.

The product is exceptionally great. Best Buy delivery and unboxing + installation and setup went very swift and expertly done. The delivery crew upon completion of the installation and setup took time to go over the television functions. They also packed up the return models S90F 77" Samsung and returned back to the Best Buy warehouse facility for processing the return credit, which remains an ongoing process. All-in-all, Best Buy is a trust worthy business with exceptional service and support.

Just Wow. Screen is clear no matter the lighing around teh room. Can seethe show from any angle. I have it connected to an Apple TV and a samsung 800 sound bar, so I have not used teh build in smart TV service as I find taht they are lacking typically within 2 years. Used Geeksquad to install and they did a great job as well.

Great TV!! Glare free is magnificent! Picture quality is amazing! I use the Sonos soundbar so I can’t comment on TV speakers

We have only had this tv little over a month but so far very pleased. We always buy Samsung tvs and have never been disappointed. Also, installers and Best Buy were wonderful to deal with. Highly recommend both Best Buy and Samsung tv.

Purchased this 77" OLED to improve contrast and reduce glare in my living room which has windows on both sides and plenty of daylight, the S95F delivers. The picture is superior to my older 65" LED. The new interface took some getting use to but the learning curve wasn't terrible. Great value.

I am enjoying my new tv immensely. The color and sound are magnificent! I have several pieces of equipment I have no idea what they are. The installation went smoothly. I think the installers could have gone over all the equipment with me. I would recommend this tv to friends and family.

I upgraded from a 65 inch LG OLED to the 77 inch S95F. Aside from the size difference what I immediately noticed is how much brighter this TV is. Also no glare due to the matte finish. The picture quality is fantastic. Sound quality is also excellent.

Love the tv it’s self but don’t like the way you have to navigate the internet. Our old Samsung had an easier way of typing in your searches you didn’t have it type in each letter by moving the arrow to each letter

Beautiful bright picture even in a sunny room. Getting a good workout in with the Olympics and the Superbowl and it has not disappointed. Remote is as useless as the Apple TV remote except it uses light to stay powered. It was a bit expensive but so far quite happy.

FirstcTV purchase in over 10 years. Excellent picture and am enjoying the quality of the picture.
