This TV is massive. Well built and good pricing. We replaced a 70” and the difference is very noticeable. Software and interface is not as friendly as other TVs or stream boxes/sticks but no issues. Sound is average but for this size TV but you should be using a surround system with a receiver or a really good sound bar. Shipping is the better option since the box is so big that i did not want to risk bringing it home in the bed of my pickup truck (sun, rain, vibration) i don’t think i can even fit the box in my wife’s minivan. Delivery took a little bit more but i was more comfortable that way. On top of that, I bought it a certain price and couples of weeks later i saw that the price had been reduced $200!!! Right in the app, i was able to ask for a price match and get the refund in my account. I’ve been a Best Buy credit card holder form more than 15 years and the financing they offer is outstanding. Just make sure you put your automatic payments and you pay the full balance at least 1 month of the expiration of the promotion. Extremely happy with this purchase

First one was broken. I purchased the tv mounted it on the wall and one side of the tv the color was messed up super faded big lines through the tv. At the time I was super mad because when you spend a lot of money you don’t want to be the one who gets the bad one. However the next morning packed it up and took it back they swapped it out for another one no question asked and I am happy with the end result. The tv is great and Best Buy handled the problem with the first one great as well. I am not going to knock stars off of the product because the first one was bad. Things can happen in shipping like you wouldn’t believe and it was the first time I have gotten something from Best Buy that was messed up out of the package. Good sound for the speakers that are on the tv as well. Great price for such a big tv. Really happy with the upgrade from a old 55 inch tv. I attached pics showing the first one how it was messed up on right side of screen and then of the second one showing it not. For example the red logo for YouTube on the first tv was red on the left side then on the right was like a super light pink almost white color.the last two are taken with new tv with the good picture quality.

I purchased June 11th when it was on sale for $1,199. Coming from a 60 inch Samsung Plasma it was a big change. Overall it is definitely worth what I paid.I gave it 3 months before reviewing since i feel it takes some time to give honest review. When in 4k mode picture is beautiful, older tv shows not so great. Football games and Xbox Series X games look good. The remote and software are not so great so I still use my Roku box since the remote has a bad lag to it. Sound wise I use a LG sound bar so can't comment on sound. Not a big deal at least to me. Overall I would recommend especially if you catch it on sale. 82" for $1200. Couldn't pass it up.

I would say overall picture, size, price and quality are all above average. If you don’t want to be like your brother in-law who buys a $4k+ TV and brags about it but you want a really big and very nice TV, this is great. Features are sufficient and it is what it is. Not cutting edge but seriously at a certain point are we trying to touch the people in the TV?

This tv is the perfect size for our home. I recently remodeled my living room and wanted a big tv to watch movies with our family. I haven’t had any issues so far!

Beautiful picture, and great sound from the built-in speakers. This television is a bit heavy and the supplied feet keep the unit stable. Initial set-up is simple and straightforward.

This is a great TV. The picture is great the hardest part was finding a stand for it to sit on. My house wouldn't allow it to be hung on the wall so we had to find a stand. I use all my game systems on it and haven't had any issues. But be aware it is very large and heavy. I recommend having it delivered.

The tv looks amazing and fits really well in our livingroom and delivers great picture and sound!!!

I own several Samsung televisions so when I purchased this 82 inch I knew exactly what to expect and this tv performed perfectly. I mounted it on my wall. Very bulky so you need at least three people. To get a true 4K image I went with the Apple TV 4K with a category 8 Ethernet cable and a monster cable hdmi that can run 8k for future upgrades. This tv will perform flawlessly. I know it’s not the best but it does a good job when it come to watching a movie in 4K.

This TV has a great value for its price. It is faster than my old 55". The image is fairly good for those who are just seeking a big TV. 4K image is still impresive even without OLED and other much expensive technology.
