Picture is huge, but the quality of the picture is not great. It is on the cheaper side, so you get what you pay for. The screen is very sensitive. Our toddler hit it with the remote by accident, causing the screen spiderwebbed in the corner. Called customer service and they said it isn’t worth fixing and to buy a new one since accidents aren’t under warranty. Apparently the screen costs more than a new tv. Called a couple repair shops and that said the same thing. So this 75” TV is considered throw away technology.

great TV until it died 12 hours after plugging it in. best buy sent me to a call center overseas to resolve. scheduled a replacement three weeks out. called to check and was told last replacement was lost will reschedule 4 more weeks out. so now looking at two months of a very expensive paperweight

Got this on sale over Memorial Day weekend for a pretty good price and thought I'd be getting a great deal. It's very large and pretty good for well lit video. In dark scenes you can hardly see anything. And that is after going through and adjusting all the settings. Out of the box the brightness is already cranked to the max of 50. I wanted to really like this tv but I will be returning it and getting one with higher picture quality.

It doesn’t cast without an remote app, and even with the app it doesn’t cast entertainment apps I’m from your phone. It forces you to have cable which for the cost of this tv I should be able to do what I want with it. If I could do it again I would purchase another LG.

My 82in tv was cracked when I unboxed it. The crack runs right along the lining of the styrofoam, it looked like someone or something was sat on top of the screen.. Because I picked up vs delivery I was stuck returning the item. I paid to rent a vehicle to pickup (Obviously not expecting to have to return it) and was unable to rent a big enough vehicle AGAIN to return it in time and the returns dept refused to schedule a pickup and exchange. So im stuck with a broken tv.... not a pleasant experience.

Purchased 6/7/21 in store. Set up fine. Let's a big difficult to put on, but ultimately fine. Interface a little delayed but decent. Now 6/11/21 while watching a movie on Apple TV from TV apps. It suddenly turns off. And now is cycling clicking sounding like it's attempting to turn on. But turns right back off. Red light at bottom flashes when it clicks. Nobody touching tv. Attempted to turn off. Unplug multiple minute's. Change batteries everything possible and nothing. Super bummed finally decided to take a jump and make a big purchase and it doesn't work. Hopefully just a defective. Going to return tomorrow to store. But hauling back is frustrating and difficult due to size.

Never again!! I love Samsung phone and my PC monitor. This is the 2nd time I got a Samsung tv, never again. Parts missing from the factory sealed box, so I called Samsung, they were not willing to work with me to get the the stand/foot I was missing from the tv. Best Buy took the tv back, I’m never getting a Samsung tv ever again.

I began having problems last week with this tv about a month and a week after purchase. The tv stopped receiving a wi-fi signal, while everything else in the house was functioning properly. Best Buy is saying call Samsung, this tv is practically new. If it is having problems this soon after purchase, I would rather have it replaced not repaired because it tells something is wrong with the build quality.

I bought the 82 inch Samsung tv and the Samsung sound bar but the sound bar only worked sometimes due to my tv being broke. The plug that the sound bar plugs into the tv is broken. I should’ve returned the tv immediately but didn’t cuz it was working temporarily. Now that it’s not working at all and I’m still paying for the tv I feel played.
