    Doesn't turn on after one year!!

    Barely lasted one year. Just enough for warranty to run out. Hindsight of course should've purchased extra coverage but tv should've lasted more than one year. So disappointed in Samsung. Whole home is Samsung products, I hope all the appliances last longer than one year since we're getting close to that date.

    DO not buy this product from ANYWHERE! Warranty was voided for being in our office - didn't see that anywhere when I purchased it. My company is out over $1700 for this set that went out within two months of use and Samsung voided the warranty due it being used "commercially".

    Backlight failed less than 2 days after bringing it home. Samsung quoted first service appointment more than 1 month later. Only good part was how painless Best Buy made the return and refund process.

    This tv lasted 4 days before it went black best buy brought out a new lg but smaller on a sunday for us

      Our TU7000 Series features Crystal UHD processor, 4K AI upscaling, HDR, Game Enhancer and more, all designed to give you the best in dazzling, crystal-clear images and rich digital experience.

      There are several preset picture modes and many custom settings that can optimize image quality for your viewing scenario.

      Go to HOME > SETTINGS > PICTURE > PICTURE MODE and choose:

      Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.
      Standard: This is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments.
      Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience.
      Movie: Suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room.
      Filmmaker: Watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is.

      In addition, the image quality on your screen depends on the source and the connection. HDMI cables are recommended for optimal HD viewing; and when possible, 4K content will provide the best picture quality. The TV will upscale as best as possible any content sent to it.
