    My parents bought this tv 2 months after purchase the screen would turn completely black as you were watching tv and you were able to still hear the audio. Reached out to Samsung and the keep on delaying the service appointment. Now we will not be able to watch the Super Bowl. Thanks Best Buy and Samsung.

    Don't buy it. Mine died after 60 days. I will never buy a samsung again.

    Great picture, poor quality control

    Bought TV as Open Box, was told returned because it was to big and only GeekSquad had touched the TV. 2 weeks later, none of the HDMI ports work. Reset TV and sat on phone with Samsung support for an hour with no resolution. Samsung support told me They could send repair person but I should return since it was so new. Very disappointed as I have 2 other Samsung TV’s that have never given me an issues, but I will have to go with Sony as replacement.
