After reading reviews, etc. it turns out that the 83 inch version uses a different OLED panel which is generally thought to be inferior.

I would recommend this to a friend83” S90 is NOT the Same as Smaller Models

Best Buy did not have a display model, and for $1000 more for just a 5” increase in size I expected the same great TV, just a bit bigger. But the S90c in this size is NOT the same latest and greatest QD OLED panel as the smaller sizes and it shows. It was returned immediately. This should not have the same model name because they are not the same TV.
