Faulty product…epically poor customer service

I bought an 83 inch S 95F splurging for the top-of-the-line OLED TV and I’ve spent the last six months with a defective unit. Dealing with Samsung’s customer service has been so challenging as to seem purposeful in its difficulty. I finally have approval for a refund and it’s my responsibility to unmount the TV and boxed it up for shipping (even though I paid to have it professionally mounted). No small task for an 83 inch television. Add to that the inordinate amount of time it’s taken to get to this position, along with sporadic and often incomprehensible communication from Samsung and you end up with frustration on a scale I have not experienced before. This will unquestionably be the last Samsung product I ever purchase.

Buy something else - Broken from Day 1

The TV cuts out randomly, and now the HDMI inputs have completely stopped working. It took 18 calls and over 40 hours on the phone with Samsung and BestBuy to get to a resolution which ended up being a full refund in cash for the TV. I have never been more disappointed in a product or in the customer service I received.

Terrible service

Love Samsung except this tv
