The tv is very nice, good picture quality but the volume is a bit low compare to the last tv that we had, besides that haven’t had any other issues.

Not only does it feel like I’m in the movie theater but the experience of taking to yo my remote to tell my smart TV what to do makes me fill like a queen.

Wife wanted this as a gift. She is happy with product. only concern is picture quality sometimes is not that great for size. Not sure if it is from the movie quality or the TV.

For the price this screen rocks. unless you are some kind of video engineer, and you sit the units right next to each other, you cannot tell that this is not a $5000 or more big screen.

I recently purchased the Samsung 85-inch 7 Series LED 4K UHD Smart Tizen TV from Best Buy and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The picture quality is absolutely stunning, with vibrant colors and deep blacks. The Smart Tizen platform is smooth and easy to use, with a wide range of streaming apps available. The TV also has a plethora of connectivity options, including HDMI, USB, and Bluetooth, making it easy to connect to all of my devices.

Bought 12/28/2022. Today on 2/4/2024 this overly expensive tv has decided to start making a clicking noise as if it's trying to come on by itself and no one is trying to turn it on. After I realized the sound, I attempted to turn the tv on and all it's doing is flashing from a black screen to a dark gray screen. Unplug it for about 10 minutes and plugged it back into the wall, the tv attempted to turn on and I saw the samsung/tizen logo flashed across the screen for about 3 seconds then blacked out again. I understand things happen and I am very understanding, but for the price that was paid for this tv, my expectations as for the lifespan of this tv is more than what we have received. I have more samsung tv's throughout my home that are older and still running perfectly. I'm highly dissatisfied with this purchase. The only thing that has been okay is the best buy customer service agent that attempted to waive the service fee to schedule an in-home service appointment. She wasn't successful, but still understanding and she did her job to the best of her ability. All an all, if this is what we have to look forward to with Samsung products, we will no longer support Samsung. OAN: when the TV worked, it worked fine. Quality was perfect

Great TV!!! So happy to have got one for Cyber Monday... No real complaints love the thin frame and was not too heavy stands well on my cabinet! So great I bought a 75" as well.
