If you're buying a Samsung definitely get the extended warranty since Samsung TV's are known tonhave issues nowadays. I have an older 65" tv that is still working great after 8 years so Inhave no idea whats up with the quality on the newer models. I will say the TV was awesome when it was working but the low life longevity makes this a 2 star item for me.

The sound would go in and out…it started taking forever to turn on until finally it just would click like it was going to turn on and would not.
