The only reason I didn't give 5-stars is the lack of enough HDMI ports. This new TV only has two HDMI inputs. Our older 75" TV had four, and we need at least three. I assume they think everything will connect wirelessly now, but even just doing a PowerPoint presentation wirelessly had so much delay it was unacceptable.

Great TV

The sales person and Geek squad staff that I dealt with were fantastic. Conversely, customer service is a nightmare. Just hope you do not have any issues with your purchase.

Poor product / customer experience

It’s been over 14 days but unable to run the tv. The remote they sent is not compatible with the tv and also tv just doesn’t come out of retail mode. They sent out the tv without even checking at the store. BestBuy tells me to contact store, manufacturer. The manufacturer would say contact bestbuy. Really a pathetic experience. I had been a loyal customer and a member with best buy for long but sadly the customer experience has declined over the years

Complete loss of respect for Best Buy

We purchased this tv for our new home and had it shipped to our current home in va. Closing was delayed for several weeks on our new home so the tv was never opened or used. Once we opened the unit from the box the tv was damaged on the inside. The tech person that came out looked at it said we either dropped it or through something at it. I am a grown man and don't have temper tantrums and nor do i need to lie. There were six people there when we opened the box, installed the brackets and hung it on the wall. Poor Poor customer service.

Avoid Samsung tv’s

It just developed screen bleed in the right upper corner, it’s wall mounted, and they refuse to cover it in their warranty and state it’s “touch” damage. Well, we don’t bounce balls off of it nor do we go around touching it every time we are near it. Nope, no physical damage here. I’ve touched it three times since we got it, hubby even less. Their engineer also wanted to record the phone conversation but didn’t want my hubby to record on our end. Very suspicious. Buy a cheap tv, at least if it goes bad you won’t be out as much money.

Failed two months after warranty

Great! But...

The only downside I've found so far is that if I'm watching a movie or TV show that's super dark, there's a little bit of a blurry, fogginess on the corners of the screen. I'm not sure if this is normal but I'm sure I'll get used to it over time.

If you are having issues with your screen image, then I recommend a few troubleshooting tips.
First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware. To do so, go to Settings> Support> Software Update.
Next, let's run a Picture Test to ensure that the issue is happening because of the TV and NOT because of an external device. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test.
Finally, I recommend going to Expert Settings and adjusting the Backlight setting. Go to Settings> Picture> Expert Settings> Backlight.

Great quality for the cost

Be Careful with Placing Foot Stands

I accidentally cracked it, a little, at the bottom where the foot stands go. I couldn't figure out how to put the foot stands in carefully. I hate that, because I just bought it.

Very bad quality, shocking how fast it is failing.

While many TVs have a 3 year warranty, this one was only 12 months, which was my mistaken assumption. Not only is the television dying, but it's almost as if Samsung KNEW it would only get past the one-year mark before starting to fail so they limited the warranty to that. Very disappointed.
