Pixelated lag in the display. The internet feature on the TV is quick. Movies and apps load fast but any good action movie or fast scenes then you get that horrible picture. The sound quality is decent for the stock speakers.

For optimal motion image performance, you may want to adjust the picture clarity setting by going to: Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Picture Clarity Settings
- Off: Picture Clarity Settings will always be off
- Auto: Picture Clarity Settings will automatically activate and deactivate based on the type of program being watched
- Custom: Allows custom adjustments and settings to be used. By selecting the Custom option, you can access these advanced settings for Judder Reduction, LED Clear Motion, and Noise Reduction.

Once installed though, the set-up is very easy, the tv itself walks you through step-by-step. (I sure hope you sang that in your best NKOTB performance!) The picture isn't as crisp and vivid as I expected but it's not bad.

My husband loved his Christmas gift! It should have a remote finder like out other TV. We don't like the remote it 1.) it doesn't have number you have to press 123 buttons then that pulls up the rest of the numbers. 2.) the Volume button is a little wacky. 3.) you can't change some of the auto buttons

They did a great job installing the the TV and connecting the sound bar but not the Sonos One

Only issue I have been having is the fire stick at times gives me difficulty working. It might be the fire stick but it worked perfect on my prior TV.... Also maybe for future production if they can add a few more HDMI ports (only comes with 3).
