screen is wide to see that is satisfactory while watching TV

Great product. Great picture. Smart TVs features work well.

Is a nice TV with a nice remote control. The picture quality is good but not great .. i think for 2k tv should be better image quality. Some of the movies I watched looked good some don’t. I tried to fix colors and contrast etc to see if I can fix the image to look better but still wasn’t happy with it.. so I decide to return and get Another TV

We love our new TV We always buy Samsung and have found them to be the best. We own probably 8 Samsung tv's and have never had problems with any of them. This 85 inch is the biggest one we have bought and so far it's been great.

Great tv and picture but the remote does nothing for you

Have had it for a month or so and have enjoyed the tv to the fullest. Clear screen. Also, the Geek Squad team who came out and installed the tv and connected it to my surround sound system did a fantastic job! Very helpful.

The graphics is great. Very impressive in my living room. Only small problem is the optical sound output. It is always sending sound to both the optical and built-in at the same time. Also I cannot change the volume once the output is optical.

They came on to install the TV and it was great . Great team great work. However I had my car radio installed but the back up camera is very exposed and I unsteady . Is there anything I can use to at least nit make it visible

This tv was great for the few weeks I had it. Turns out I had bought the wrong tv and I was given the wrong tv in an open box. The team took care of me but when my new tv came in I could definitely tell the difference. I wouldn’t recommend, just save a little more.

Good picture. Images jump a bit with fast motion.

This was an open box purchase. Good steal, but the picture quality is not what I expected from Samsung but it might just be a settings problem. Although we've tried to work on the setting. It didn't come with a remote, but I was able to download the Samsung app and work it that way which is awesome.

easy to set up and manipulate the different functions

Great TV, supports 4k uhd, only has 3 hdmi inputs, also uses samsung tizen and samsung app store .check before you let the delivery people leave, mine had a huge break at the top center of the screen, very fragile.

I all in heaven!!! 85" of pure bliss... in my home!! The transaction with Best Buy was flawless from start to finish, and if there were more than 5 stars to shout their accolades, I definitely would! Thanks, Best Buy!

The price is amazing for the size television and for being a Samsung! What you get in size, you do give up on picture quality. BUT, after a few weeks, you don't really remember what better quality looked like. LOVE it!

Great TV for the price!! Samsung has never let me down. This TV keeps up no problem with streaming and my Xbox series X. I will definitely recommend and purchase Samsung products in the future.

Great TV. However, if you need the spectrum app, you cannot download it. I was told I would be able to, but then when I tried it, the app said it could not be downloaded on TVs newer than 2017.
