We had to return it due to constant issues with the interface and the display, and they just got worse over time to the point it was unusable. The TV would frequently not load the display and would just be a black screen upon starting (even after the TV had been powered off for 24 hours), or the image would be 8 by 12 in the corner of the screen. Pressing the home button would frequently not take you back to the Home Screen. The interface would frequently freeze to the point of not being able to use the TV at all. The Bluetooth connection to our soundbar would frequently disconnect and have difficulty reconnecting. We would try to do a hard reset to factory settings, but it would continue with the same issues. Setting options (ie. Sound, picture) would be available one moment, then unavailable the next. Very poor user interface. Not worth the money even on sale.
