Great TV, not in store for pickup as website said

Really happy with my purchase. The only thing was the website said it was available in store for pickup, I waited 10 days for it to arrive via shipping. It was fine by me though as it was free shipping.

Wall mount for 85 inch TV

After reading the description we chose this one and it is perfect! It tilts down, to the rigth and to the left. You can also pull it from the wall.

What I got instead was a massive, $1,000 dollar floor ornament and a customer-service nightmare that ate up 31 hours of my life — yes, I literally kept track. Here’s the highlight reel of this disaster: ✔️ Motherboard replaced — twice Still broken. ✔️ Main screen replaced — once Still broken. ✔️ 4 months of troubleshooting Still broken. ✔️ Endless phone calls, transfers, and in-person “appointments” A grand total of 31 hours spent talking to support techs, waiting for callbacks, and watching repair attempts that went nowhere. ✔️ The final outcome? Samsung finally came to pick up the TV from my living room floor like the giant, useless brick it was. They ultimately issued a check, which was the only thing they did right — but it should never have gotten to that point. The most frustrating part? Every step felt like starting from zero. Repeating the same information. Re-explaining the same problem. Getting the same scripted responses. Being told to “try the same troubleshooting steps again.” If I wanted to waste over a month of full working days doing customer-service gymnastics, I would’ve taken a part-time job at a call center. Bottom line: This TV was an expensive, oversized decoration in my home — a non-functional 85-inch monument to Samsung’s declining quality control and their painfully slow support process. If I could give zero stars, I would. If I could give negative stars, I’d gladly go into debt. Samsung, do better.

Dont waste your money ! Now I have to take my TV down and take it back!! Smh I’m disappointed in you Samsung!

Super easy to set up!

Decent TV but poor sound

Samsung TVs are the best

But it came with a factory default screen where the corner was rippled. Best Buy did an amazing job for replacing it and on top of that this is the best freaking TV. We are seeing SAMSUNG people for life.
