    Great picture , bad quality of sound , and also loses WiFi connection and turns off randomly

    85” Samsung TV purchased at Emeryville BestBuy. Was shopping for a 75” and salesman showed us this TV for a small increase. Well worth the investment.

    Great TV. Ultra High Definition, 85” $699.99. What’s not to like?? Really happy with my purchase. The only thing was the website said it was available in store for pickup, I waited 10 days for it to arrive via shipping. It was fine by me though as it was free shipping.

    I was not sure which wall mount to select for our 85 inch television. After reading the description we chose this one and it is perfect! It tilts down, to the rigth and to the left. You can also pull it from the wall.

    Sound is bad and the functions are different than other samsung devices. Should have paid a little extra for better product

    Brian the store manager I think gave me excellent service every step of the way,,, I'm very happy with my purchase and have no problems with it at all and wish I dealt with people like Brian more often than my business

    I've had this TV for about a month now and it's AMAZING! Not only was the packaging super supportive it was easy to disassemble. All around it was a great experience to buy and assemble!

    I should have seen the red flag , a samsung tv for for grand and on sale for 699.00 ya because they cant sell them picture is trash , sound trash, functionality trash only two hdmi slots remote trash! Dont waste your money ! Now I have to take my TV down and take it back!! Smh I’m disappointed in you Samsung!

    ***DO NOT BUY!!*** Less than 30 days old and we have already had Samsung tech out to replace motherboard and tv still freezes while streaming. Samsung refuse to replace unit and we didn’t start claim until after the return date for Best Buy even though the problem started from the 2nd day we had it. Bought a Samsung product thinking the quality would help us avoid something like this but neither Samsung or Best Buy want to stand behind this product.

    We love the tv. But it came with a factory default screen where the corner was rippled. Best Buy did an amazing job for replacing it and on top of that this is the best freaking TV. We are seeing SAMSUNG people for life.
