    We purchased 2 of these. One works just fine, while the other one freezes and resets every time we watch it. Super annoying!

    Great TV. My only suggestion is to have a sound bar as the audio quality isn't that great.

    ***DO NOT BUY!!*** Less than 30 days old and we have already had Samsung tech out to replace motherboard and tv still freezes while streaming. Samsung refuse to replace unit and we didn’t start claim until after the return date for Best Buy even though the problem started from the 2nd day we had it. Bought a Samsung product thinking the quality would help us avoid something like this but neither Samsung or Best Buy want to stand behind this product.

    Purchased this TV to replace 7 year old LG. Just past the return period started having issue after issue. Tv randomly freezing to black screen, randomly kicking you out of apps, won’t load apps. Have been in contact with Samsung customer support multiple times to no avail. Next step is them sending out a service tech. At this point I don’t even want the tv anymore and if they can’t fix it they will replace it with same model. What happened to the quality of the past Samsung. I miss my LG.
