    The tv I purchased had a hardware issue and was defective. Sound quality was terrible (sounded like it sound was bouncing off tin) and it would freeze and reboot consistently, all solutions provided by Samsung didn’t repair the issue. Wanted to love it, but it came out of the box with issues. Ended up returning it and going with the TCL QM6K ( way better sound quality and phenomenal picture).

    If I could return the TV I would. I should have adhered to the reviews. The volume is horrible. The picture is great . The biggest issue is the TV cuts off all the freaking time . Not an Internet issue nor a connection issue. It stops in the middle of shoes shed blacks out. If you want a TV . I would advise to get a higher quality Samsung .

    It is a great tv for the money, just get a sound bar to go with it the built in tv speakers are mediocre the legs have multiple positions to install them if you have a smaller surface to set your tv on the smart tv operating system works great as well easy streaming and easy set up.

    Beautiful TV, attached to my wall. It was a mess putting it up on the wall. I wasn't going to pay the company's third-party installers to do what my husband and I could do for free. love this tv. can't believe the price of the 85 ' inch is the same cost I paid five years before, for a 55" Toshiba.

    I love the TV...Hate the audio. I would buy this again because I have soundbar and subwoofer but please know going in that you'll need to upgrade your audio.

    Its evident where Samsung cut corners to be competitive with entry level brands… I could work around 2 hdmi ports, but no optical out????? Ill be ordering the TCL instead.

      You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care

    I had to use the replacement program due to operating system failure. Good customer service though. I am using a sound bar to get better sound quality.

Unfortunately, even if a TV is double-boxed and the packaging shows no evidence of harm, a TV can still be damaged during transit if proper care is not taken. For example, if the TV were sitting in an incorrect orientation – laid on its side or tilted – during transit, damage could have been done.
