My current one has dim corners but I'm tired of trying to exchange it. The picture quality is decent but I think the Samsung brand takes a hit with this model. I used to be an only Samsung guy; those days are over after this tv. Not sure why companies are so carless with their brands, $650 today at the cost of several thousand over the lifetime of the customer?

Please try adjusting the below image settings to improve your picture.
Go to Home > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and select the mode that best fits your usage:
1) Standard: Default mode suitable for general viewing environments.
2) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience.
3) Movie: Most suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room.
4) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.
5) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.
You can also go to Settings > All Settings> Picture > Expert Settings > to manually fine-tune your image.

Purchasing through best buy was so easy and gave a different type of experience fr me. I was able to chat with customer service and get my item checkout in no time. I looovvveeee my TV.

Returned due to poor user interface

We had to return it due to constant issues with the interface and the display, and they just got worse over time to the point it was unusable. The TV would frequently not load the display and would just be a black screen upon starting (even after the TV had been powered off for 24 hours), or the image would be 8 by 12 in the corner of the screen. Pressing the home button would frequently not take you back to the Home Screen. The interface would frequently freeze to the point of not being able to use the TV at all. The Bluetooth connection to our soundbar would frequently disconnect and have difficulty reconnecting. We would try to do a hard reset to factory settings, but it would continue with the same issues. Setting options (ie. Sound, picture) would be available one moment, then unavailable the next. Very poor user interface. Not worth the money even on sale.
