    I hope this message reaches the appropriate department. To be direct, I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience and feel compelled to share how disenfranchised I am with Best Buy. At this point, the company has lost me as a customer. I purchased an 85” Samsung television on November 2, 2024. On November 15, 2025, the screen went completely black and became inoperable. As a Best Buy Total member, I submitted an online repair request the following day, November 16th. After multiple online chat sessions and more than 90 minutes on the phone with customer service representatives and a supervisor, I remain thoroughly unsatisfied with the resolution provided. After several conversations, I was informed that the earliest available appointment for a repair technician is December 4th—19 days after I reported the issue. Despite paying $179.99 annually for the membership, I will be without a functioning family room television for more than two and a half weeks and am still required to pay an $80 service fee. I asked whether I could bring the television to a store for assistance, but was told this was not an option. Additionally, if the television cannot be repaired, I will need to work with the Exchange Department for further resolution. During my conversation with the supervisor, I acknowledged that Best Buy does not control the schedule of third-party technicians. However, given the significant inconvenience and delay, I requested a waiver of the $80 service fee. I was told this was not possible. I also explained that I have spent thousands of dollars with Best Buy this year—including purchases of drones, televisions, a PS5, dash cameras, and installations—and that the lack of flexibility on such a small accommodation was extremely disappointing. I stated that I would be canceling my membership and discontinuing all future business with Best Buy. Unfortunately, my concerns were not meaningfully acknowledged. Given the circumstances, I will proceed with the scheduled repair but will be canceling my Best Buy Total membership immediately afterward. A small amount of understanding and customer-focused service would have resulted in a very different outcome. Instead, I now feel that Best Buy prioritizes policies over customer loyalty. I will be sharing this experience on social media and relevant review platforms, and I will be advising my colleagues and friends—especially those in the military community—to reconsider using Best Buy in the future.

    Pros -big -good price -easy to setup apps and account Cons -audio is glitchy -picture is glitchy at times

    Great service and delivery. I really appreciate the fact the Best buy team at the Joliet location was fantastic and very helpful with all of my questions and help too.

    Couldn't argue about the Memorial Day sale price and it works great with the viewing distance and where we have it hung. Only complaint is that AirPlay and casting isn't cooperating.

    I expected much more from an 85-inch Samsung TV. The picture quality is decent, but the brightness and contrast are disappointing for this price range. The smart features are slow, and the remote feels cheap. For such a big screen, the sound quality should be much better. Overall, not worth the hype.

    Disappointed with Purchase and Customer Service

    I bought this Samsung 85” DU7200 TV, and while the picture is decent, there’s a little green dot that won’t go away. Returning it would be too much of a hassle because the customer service at this location was rude and unhelpful. On top of that, I chose curbside pickup for convenience, yet I still had to go inside the store to get my order. To make matters worse, I had to assist the associate in loading the TV into my vehicle. If I’m paying this much for a product, I expect better service. Not a great experience overall. Would not recommend this store for big purchases.

      We appreciate your feedback regarding the screen abnormalities you’re seeing on your DU7200 TV. Please run a Picture Test to determine if the problem is caused by the TV. Picture Test displays a high-definition picture you can examine for flaws or faults. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test.
