    Picture/Sound is alright. Sound gets lost pretty easily in the room. Wish I spent the extra money to upgrade to Q series or I still could. Remote also isnt very responsive/tv lags behind and have to point it in the perfect spot to make it work.

      We appreciate your feedback on the sound and response time, and for optimal performance, we ask that you please ensure you've got the latest firmware version installed on your TV. You can check this by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.

      You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care

    Great product I love how it has an interactive app through your phone and you can control it through a touchpad and mouse on your phone screen. The TV is perfect for keeping kids entertained tons of games and features.
