    This is a great beginner Samsung. If you just an everyday tv watcher like me, this is your TV. Not great for gaming or home entertainment systems. I personally love it.

    There was an error in the initial order, I contacted customer service and a new order was placed. T he rep. was patient and professional. The delivery was quick as earlier scheduled, and the process was smooth. TV works fine. Kudos to Bestbuy.

    I expected much more from an 85-inch Samsung TV. The picture quality is decent, but the brightness and contrast are disappointing for this price range. The smart features are slow, and the remote feels cheap. For such a big screen, the sound quality should be much better. Overall, not worth the hype.
