    The entire process of buying the TV at best buy was exceptional!! I bought it online and the app is very user friendly. The delivery date was respected and the delivery team was super nice. I will definetly buy again from them.

    Great buy for the money! Don’t expect big features; but when it comes to image quality it is all there! Very happy with this tv!

    Picture quality is good but terrible tv can’t get certain apps because of brand and the remote you can’t just point at tv have to make sure it’s pointed directly at right corner of sensor.

    I bought this Samsung 85” DU7200 TV, and while the picture is decent, there’s a little green dot that won’t go away. Returning it would be too much of a hassle because the customer service at this location was rude and unhelpful. On top of that, I chose curbside pickup for convenience, yet I still had to go inside the store to get my order. To make matters worse, I had to assist the associate in loading the TV into my vehicle. If I’m paying this much for a product, I expect better service. Not a great experience overall. Would not recommend this store for big purchases.

    This is a very nice tv for the cost but it defintely requires sound bar as the built in speakers are not very good.
