Disappointed

Once I got it, it had no such port. So, for now, I can't use my really nice surround sound. Last time I buy Samsung products.

The DU72000F TV offers 3 HDMI ports and is Bluetooth and Wi-Fi capable, allowing a seamless connection across multiple devices at a time. If your external device requires an Optical port, we recommend utilizing an HDMI to Optical Converter. These can be found at your local electronics store. Please also keep in mind that an Optical port can be found on our DU8000F Series and above.

Cracked Screen

Sales people said how fragile these big TVs were, so I came back the following week with an enclosed trailer to ensure it was secure and not laying down or leaning. I was out of town for a while so it took me about 3 weeks to get the wall mount up and ready to mount the TV. When we took the TV out of the box (which looked to be in perfect condition) my wife noticed a crack along the bottom of the screen. Best Buy said I waited too long to return it and there was nothing they would do. They said to call Samsung and they would take care of it. Samsung said I was out of luck. They would be happy to give me the number of a service tech but they would not cover the cost. Certainly not the result I wanted, but exactly what I expected. Will never buy from Best Buy again nor will I buy another Samsung product.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on your DU7200 TV’s image quality. The TV will upscale any content sent to it as best as possible. The closer your content is to 4K, the better the image will look on the screen.
Here are some tips to help improve picture clarity:
1) HDMI cables are recommended for optimal HD viewing.
2) If you have an analog cable box or satellite box, upgrade to a digital cable box or satellite box.
3) Change the output resolution of your devices, such as digital broadcast receivers, IPTV, and set-top boxes, to UHD or HD.
4) You can further adjust your sharpness, brightness, contrast, color, and more by going to Settings > All Settings> Picture > Expert Settings
5) Choose a Picture Mode by going to Settings > All Settings> Picture > Picture Mode and choose from Dynamic, Standard, Natural, Movie, or Filmmaker Mode.
6) For optimal motion image performance, you may want to adjust the picture clarity setting by going to Settings > All Settings> Picture > Expert Settings > Picture Clarity Settings.

We're sorry to hear of this misunderstanding. Please know the DU7200 "works with" Alexa devices, meaning you will need a standalone Alexa device to utilize voice commands.
Push-to-talk voice commands are available on our DU8000 and Q60D TVs; hands-free voice commands are supported on our Q70D and higher.

Ok tv for the price

Thank you for reaching out and letting us know about the issues you are experiencing when connected to external devices via HDMI cable. Please try the follow troubleshooting steps:
First, please ensure your cables are securely connected to the TV.
Next, let's test the HDMI cable. To perform the test, make sure the TV's source is still on the HDMI setting for the cable you want to test, and then navigate to Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis > Signal Information > HDMI Cable Test > Start Test. If the test says the cable is bad, replace the cable. Service is not required.
The final thing to rule out is the external device you're using. Try connecting a different device or using a different source port.
If the TV can display a picture in any other setup, then you've ruled the TV out as the cause of the issue. Keep trying various setups until you identify the device or cable that is not working and troubleshoot or replace it.

Very Disappointed

I would exchange it if I could because I spent more money having Geek Squad install than I paid for the TV. Plus it was an anniversary gift to my husband.

...and select the mode that best fits your usage:

2. Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments
3. Eco: Provided to save energy
4. Movie: Suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room
5. Filmmaker Mode: Provides source content just as the creators intended. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it’ll automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.

- Off: Picture Clarity Settings will always be off
- Auto: Picture Clarity Settings will automatically activate and deactivate based on the type of program being watched
- Custom: Allows custom adjustments and settings to be used. By selecting the Custom option, you can access these advanced settings for Judder Reduction, LED Clear Motion, and Noise Reduction.
