    TV have some issue - Sound Bar is keep disconnecting using arc If you using Apple TV or fire stick it’s take time load thing as pictures are matching frame

    Tv came damaged with scratches on trim, when I reached out to let your team know they said it had not been delivered yet but it had in fact been delivered

    Before I bought this TV I did research to make sure it had an optical cable port. Once I got it, it had no such port. So, for now, I can't use my really nice surround sound. Last time I buy Samsung products.

      The DU72000F TV offers 3 HDMI ports and is Bluetooth and Wi-Fi capable, allowing a seamless connection across multiple devices at a time. If your external device requires an Optical port, we recommend utilizing an HDMI to Optical Converter. These can be found at your local electronics store. Please also keep in mind that an Optical port can be found on our DU8000F Series and above.
