    Apps dont work with ALEXA

    Love everything about the TV EXCEPT i cannot use ALEXA to control streaming apps. I was informed that i have to use BIXBY which does not integrate with ALEXA. And anyone that has tried BIXBY knows that it cant compare to ALEXA

However, they do work with Alexa. You can connect them to your existing Alexa device to ask them to turn on your TV, change channels, control volume, and more.

    FLAWED SCREEN

    Tv had a black dot along bottom border line of frame. Already spent 1000$ to get it set up and mounted. So I’m pretty much stuck with it unless I fork out more money to get taken down just to return it.

      First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update.

      Next, run a diagnostic test. Go to Home > Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test. If there are no issues during the Picture Test, this means your TV is working fine. To identify and fix the issue, first, try replacing the cable of the external device that is showing lines.
      - If the dots still appear after replacing the cable, troubleshoot the external device.
      - If dots appear during the Picture Test, proceed to the next step.

      If dots appear during your test, the TV will need service. Please reach out to us so we can schedule a warranty appointment. 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8 AM - 12 AM EST, seven days a week.     Shouldve got a hisense 85

    Not really that good a tv. Great size but picture should be better. Upscale is lacking and the feet do not screw into the tv. Really nervous to stand it up. Only reason i haven't returned it is because its so heavy i just dont feel like picking it up again

      1. Make sure the stand is correctly installed. Please also make sure you’ve installed the “R” labeled leg on the right and “L” on the left. When the legs are inserted correctly, you’ll hear a slight “click” when they’re in place.
      2. Inspect the stand for any cracks, damage, or missing hardware.

    Broken TV arrived, horrible customer support

    The TV arrived with broken screen. The customer service is very poor, it’s so hard to communicate with them. It was a challenge to get the replacement. It toke like 2 weeks since a day of purchase to get working TV.

      Hi Chrissy,

      Thank you for sharing your thoughts on your DU7200 TV’s image quality. The TV will upscale any content sent to it as best as possible. The closer your content is to 4K, the better the image will look on the screen.

      Here are some tips to help improve picture clarity:

      1) HDMI cables are recommended for optimal HD viewing.
      2) If you have an analog cable box or satellite box, upgrade to a digital cable box or satellite box.
      3) Change the output resolution of your devices, such as digital broadcast receivers, IPTV, and set-top boxes, to UHD or HD.
      4) You can further adjust your sharpness, brightness, contrast, color, and more by going to Settings > All Settings> Picture > Expert Settings
      5) Choose a Picture Mode by going to Settings > All Settings> Picture > Picture Mode and choose from Dynamic, Standard, Natural, Movie, or Filmmaker Mode.
      6) For optimal motion image performance, you may want to adjust the picture clarity setting by going to Settings > All Settings> Picture > Expert Settings > Picture Clarity Settings.

    if I could give 0 stars I would, TV screen cracked not even 6 months old and Samsung does not want to cover the TV, Was working fine last night and got up this morning and cracked in right hand corner. Samsung customer service sucks!!!

    I had this set up for installation and delivery. It never was delivered. It was scheduled 3 times. After the 3rd no show I canceled the order

    Never buy this tv if you are planning to mount it on the wall.. power cord keep falling/removing from the tv. Cant return it because I already throw the box.

    Looks great on the wall in my new game room with great picture, sound and easy to use remote. Also ordering on line was easy and the set up for delivery was easy and was delivered on time with updates from the drive on the day of delivery and they where professional putting it where I wanted it to go.

    Love our new TV. Large TV, yet picture is very clear and sharp. Perfect for open floor pan. Can see from Kitchen and Dining Nook as well as Family Room. Samsung is the best!
