I bought a tv got home and was damaged went back within 15 minutes and had a hard time returning it even exchanging it. After 20 mins of letting them know we did nothing to it transported it how they wantted us to in my truck bed strapped down standing up . I finally got store manager to exchange it for a working one that I made them open up and test before I purchased

Best Buy delivered a broken, cracked TV. They refused to exchange it for a new one. Whether or not Samsung built a TV or Best Buy sold a broken one, it doesn't matter. I bought it from Best Buy and they flat out refuse to exchange it. Now I'm stuck with a broken TV. THANKS BEST BUY! Dont buy anything from them. I have been loyal customer for years but will never buy anything from them again.

My Tv just started flashing and it hasn’t been a year I thought since this was a top brand I would be ok for at least a couple years without a warranty

When I purchase this television, it was with a promotion where a 40 inch class 5 series LED Full HD smart Tizen TV 2019 and Xbox game pass ultimate 1 month membership-activation required (digital) they also offered to open a Best Buy account which I did….however didn’t receive any…..Best Buy refused to rectify the matter so I’m returning the TV and closing this account

Best Buy sucks these clowns delivered a faulty tv from there idiot delivery guys & blame the customer they are the worst never will do any buisness with them ever zero

This TV exceeded my expectations! The quality is excellent, and the sound is good as well. The size of the TV makes you feel like you’re in a movie theater. I highly recommend this TV to anyone looking for a great-sized TV at a good price.

Picture and smart features are great! Very easy to use. As to be expected with TV's these days the sound is good but not great. Only complaint I have is the remote, has to be pointed directly at the censor and can be a bit frustrating to use. All things considered it's a great purchase.

This Samsung TV is absolutely Beautiful! I would recommend it to anyone who asks about it. I also purchased my 55” Samsung TV from Best Buy as well and really love it as well. Only problem I had with this TV and it was with The Geeks. I have always purchased my TV’s with Best Buy and always have the Geek Squad set up and delivery and have never had a problem prior to this latest delivery/set up. In past I have always been extremely happy with the Geek Squad service. However this time I was extremely disappointed with their service. There were two of them that did the set up. Unfortunately the person in charge was not helpful at all he didn’t spend the time to fully explain the how to’s with the television nothing. It was quite a disappointment compared to all the previous times I have used the Geeks. Other than that I am very happy with the 85” Samsung Television.

Incredible colors, easy to use and navigate through the apps. The pictures almost look 3 dimensional. Would definitely recommend!!!

I was going back and forth for a long time as to whether or not buy this TV. Decided to get it, and have not regretted it ever since. The image is amazing, so crisp and when watching something in 4k Ultra its that much better. The sound is great as well and the size. People that visit me always call it out and say that its a beautiful addition to my living room. Got it for a killer deal too.

Picture is great for the price. Functionality of the apps are great however sometimes they take a while to load or freeze on the app and you cannot exit. The remote is the real problem with this set. It will sometimes take about 1-2 minutes to connect after you have used an app or watched a streaming service. Overall good TV but remote is subpar.

I have a 75 inch samsung so i bought this 85 inch, its wierd the 75 inch tv is alot heavier then this not a bad thing! picture is great! I havent tried the xbox app cause i have the xbox series x.but its cool its on there! no lag between apps, But is a little difficult to add a app to the main screen especially the ones you use alot. the remote doesnt reach that far when using! But im still happy with the purchase!
