    Nice picture. Unfortunately I must return due to the option of scrolling up on the remote gets stuck. But the works fine in the app. Can be louder for the speakers it has.

      Hi Lizzy,

      Thank you for your feedback. If your remote is not functioning properly, I recommend a reset.

      To do so, please remove the batteries from your remote, and then hold the Power button for eight seconds to reset the remote. Then, reinsert the batteries and try to use the remote again.

      Next, Check if the remote is sending an IR signal. Take either a digital camera or use the camera on your phone or tablet. Point the remote at the camera, and then press and hold the Power button on the remote. As you hold the button down, look at the camera's screen. If the remote is sending an IR signal, you will see a colored light coming from the remote control.

      If you do not see the IR light, replace the batteries with fresh ones and try again. If you still do not see the IR light, then replace the remote.

    I just purchased the Samsung 85” Crystal UHD 4k Tizen 2024 Model for $799 and its a good deal for the price, but there is quite a bit of motion blur on HD Xfinity cable channels, but not as much on Netflix HD with HDR, it appears to me the that this TV does not upscale to 4K like the LG that i replaced. I tweaked the settings after watching numerous youtube videos and it’s better, but still not what I expected. The 5 year old LG that I replaced is standard 4k, not QLED or OLED, has better picture quality. Overall its good for the price, but i give it 3.5 to 4 stars due to the motion blur. My next one will be QLED or OLED. Please note that I do realize picture quality does decrease as screen size increases, etc.
