    Doesn't have Alexa!!! Tried to download Alexa several times and found out that you can't download Alexa on this TV! Very disappointed!!

    I have no issues with the TV or delivery. But i do have a problem with the promotional offers that you never seem to get. A $100 gift card was supposed to come with my purchase. While it says that the gc is now ready, the system needs to verify my email. I NEVER get that email!

    I bought this TV and didn’t know until I unpacked and mounted on the wall that to even use this TV you are forced to have a Samsung account and agree to terms and conditions allowing them to collect tons of data on you and your family. Can’t even download or use any apps. They got two stars because it’s a nice TV. I just don’t appreciate paying for a TV and then being forced to register an account and allow them to collect data.

    Great tv for the money. The 85" DU8000 is the only one in this series that has 120hz rating also.
