Samsung’s reputation for quality is represented well by this large-screen television. Honestly, what is most appreciated from this purchase was the fabulous price received from Best Buy. I really thought the picture would be clearer like the store models. The reason it isn't is because they show 4K in the store. The remote takes a bit to get used to it. I hooked a sound bar up to it so I don't know how the sound just from the TV is. I would recommend this TV to anyone looking for a good TV.

BROKEN IN 15 months

I contacted Best Buy and Samsung and they both said it out of the 1 year guarantee since I didn’t get an extra guarantee package. All they offer me is a technician to come check it out but the estimate they offered me was 140 just to come check it out and 900 to fix it plus taxes. I GET I DIDNT BUY AN EXTRA GUARANTEE BUT I NEVER IMAGINE SAMSUNG TVS ARE SUPOSSED TO LAST 15 month.

Great quality picture, WiFi spotty.

The only issue is the WiFi connection has been dropping and not sure if it's on my end (other devices are not doing this) or something on the TVs end. The picture and everything else is great.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the picture quality of your Q60A TV. If the picture you are seeing out-of-the-box is not to your liking, there are several picture settings you may want to try adjusting.
You can select the Picture Mode that provides the best viewing experience. Go to Home > Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
1) Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments.
2) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience.
3) Movie: Is suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room.
4) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.
5) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.
You can also go to: Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > to manually fine tune your image.
