That's why I don't give 5 stars, because you have to take into account not only the product, but also the attention and advice when buying it. I don't buy there because of the terrible service, but on TV day I did it because I couldn't travel to the Kissimmee store, which is where I usually buy. I travel an hour or more with the traffic but they take care of me very well.

For example when I watch a football game, the ball being kicked has a tail (lag)…. Very underwhelmed and if this TV wasn’t so big and already mounted I would have returned it. Also the screen has a really bad reflection… just overall not great quality.

The light conditions of each room environment are different. For optimal glare control, we recommend positioning the TV to minimize incident light falling on the screen or consulting a professional installer.
Anti-reflection designed to minimize ambient light reflection is a feature in our QN85A series and higher.
For optimal motion image performance, you may want to adjust the picture clarity setting by going to: Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Picture Clarity Settings
- Off: Picture Clarity Settings will always be off
- Auto: Picture Clarity Settings will automatically activate and deactivate based on the type of program being watched
- Custom: Allows custom adjustments and settings to be used. By selecting the Custom option, you can access these advanced settings for Judder Reduction, LED Clear Motion, and Noise Reduction.

Best buy said i would have to remove the tv from the wall and return everything to getba new tv and remote. That is ridiculous

Thank you for your review of Samsung’s Q60A TV and for sharing your experience with your remote not working. If you press any key on the remote, and the LED indicator at the top of your remote stays on for about 3 seconds rather than blinking, please try the following steps to reset your remote:
1) Long press the RETURN key and ENTER key together for about 10 seconds if your remote was once paired already with the TV, you do not need to re-pair it again. However, if it was not paired with the TV, pairing must be done after the reset.
2) The RETURN key is on the left side of your remote and looks like a curved, backwards pointing arrow.
3) The ENTER key is the button in the center of your directional ring.

BUYER BEWARE

It has horrible white spots and cannot show blacks well at all. Sadly, I'm outside the 45 day return window with Best Buy and they will not accept a return. Do a web search for this TV model and light bleed/white spots and do a quick read. I wish I had before I wasted $2k on this set.

Bad Product
