    Screen went blank within 8 months. Called support for them to tell me I was out of warranty and had to look for my receipt. Then they told me they would send service out but no one ever reached out. Look online and a lot of people had similar issues.

    the screen has light and dark variation on plain black screen that bleed into the dark spots of the picture. Not impressed

      If the picture you’re seeing is still not to your liking after updating firmware, there are several picture settings you may want to try adjusting.

      Go to Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
      ...and select the mode that best fits your usage:

      1. Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments
      2. Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments
      3. Eco: Provided to save energy
      4. Movie: Suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room
      5. Filmmaker Mode: Provides source content just as the creators intended. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it’ll automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.

      Intelligent Mode enables the TV to recognize and analyze the surroundings, noise, content, and your usage patterns to provide the best viewing experience.     TV panel stopped working in less than a year. No warranty. No support. Told it was a lemon. $2K down the drain. Do not buy Samsung! Told their tv’s have a 20% fail rate.

    We really love our 85" tv and the help we got from customer service was 2nd to none i feel terrible that i can't remember his name but he was very professional and fixed us up with the very best combination.
