Tv is good. Very heavy but good quality also got a soundbar but the volume seems decent

85 inch TV we bought is nice. The sales guy was good. Manager was not so great of the Springfield Or store. Had trouble with delivery so we rented a van to get our tv.
Got a credit for the inconvenience from the Corporate office not the store manager so it all turned out alright.
Next time we need an electronic ill probably go somewhere else

The staff was very friendly and helped pack up this tv and recommended different options as to where to fit the tv and what kind of car I would need. Tv was in great condition specially for the price

I had the samsung ru8000 75” then “upgraded” to this but it was not really an upgrade exept in size. The colors are greater but the image quality brightness and motion were not an upgrade. It was worse. I was very disappointed. It is not a bad quality or image. But my previous samnsung tv was better

Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments 2. Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments 3. Eco: Provided to save energy 4. Movie: Suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room 5. Filmmaker Mode: Provides source content just as the creators intended. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it’ll automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.
You can also fine-tune your picture with expert settings such as brightness, contrast, sharpness and more (All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings).

we bought this TV recently, we like the picture quality but not very happy with sound system. We used to have samsung 65 inches TV in the past. We didn't have any complaints with the sound system for that but not very happy with the sound quality of latest TV

If the sound is still not to your liking after updating firmware, there are several sound settings you can adjust to suit your personal preferences.
• Sound Modes may better meet your personal preferences. Go to: Menu > Settings > All Settings > Sound > Sound Mode, or Expert Settings to fine-tune and customize your sound.
